  1. Thursday is Mordor heavy for me but this may end up being the most stacked PS day for me since I started going.. VW, Beth Gibbons, Deftones, Pulp and justice.. whew
  2. Nick Cave and the bad seeds are touring EU this fall with a BCN date. Wonder if that basically rules them out for 2025. Bummer
  3. If all the acts on Wednesday are at the same venue- not sure that the national fits genre wise..
  4. Looks like KAT may actually be NAT. All the national naysayers are about to be thrilled. Honestly hope it’s something else but in all honestly if there’s a national show in a small venue I’ll be there, lol
  5. Going to just keep dreaming that the crossed out name is a Pulp warmup show
  6. Honestly a pretty strong start. Starting to think “scaled down” doesn’t mean much. Maybe just no razzmatazz and they have a different or fewer venues
  7. PSB at the Apolo New Order 23 Nick Cave 22 Wild Jay Electronica Set 22 Spiritualized in the Auditori 18
  8. The Coachella lineup is like you took little bits from the last 3 Primaveras but none of the really good stuff. Anyone worth seeing you could have in 22, 23 or this year.
  9. Really says something when the best band on here is the one people were begging PS not to book.
  10. As someone who comes from the states, if they “scale back” the city gigs, I’d probably consider not coming any more. It’s pretty easy for me to justify coming for 7 days of gigs, especially at the quality of 22 and 23. If we’re down to 3-4 days of gigs, it’s a much tougher sell for me. I can live with Monday and Tuesday being weaker but man if they scale back the Wednesday and Sunday, that’s devastating, IMO
  11. Only two I wish were at primavera at Jessie ware and sleaford mods.
  12. Doesn’t seem like they’re playing fests but Jesus and Mary chain seem like a missed booking. Know they just played in 2022 and their new stuff isn’t groundbreaking but I’d have loved to see them here. Missed them in 2022 due to the strokes clash.
  13. I think they both (especially Clipse) play later at RayBan/Amazon to counter Lana and Ntl. Honestly to me Clipse kinda feel like a headliner though
  14. I think we could get one more big name like new order last year. Probably just depends who else happens to decide to tour around that time.
  15. Yes the headliners seem weak this year when compared to the past two years especially, but the ones that are “missing” are the big pop and rap acts: Karol G, Bad Bunny, Travis.. who no one on here was going to see anyway. looking at the lineup I may only be in Mordor 2/3 times.. Pulp, PJ, Justice.. which is a pretty exciting prospect just as an aside too, not sure if anyone from the fest organization team lurks on here, but booking Pulp means so much to me. They’re my favorite band, who prior to last year I never thought would give it another go. I know with them being around last year some of the excitement or exclusivity is maybe not there, but I personally cannot wait to see them at the forum. (Can we get em for a ciuat gig too!!)
  16. Checking out some of the undercard.. the last dinner party… wow. Mark them into the must see list
  17. Glad Bleachers are making it to the fake lineups. Excited to have them on the lineup only to ultimately cancel at the last minute for the third year in a row
  18. I know that lineup is fake but if Pulp play the Wednesday and then do a repeat show Sunday like PSB this year.. can only dream
  19. Expecting Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. I Suggested earlier but was shot down by the Karol G, PJ and Pulp crew because they have no confirmed dates or confirmed tour new album being finished, likely out before summer.. always seems to play PS on tours, fit PS perfectly.
  20. Madonna would be such a cool get. Feel like that is actually in the realm of possibility given other names being discussed
  21. I saw the suede/maniacs tour when it came to the US last year. Suede were dynamite.. new album cuts were fantastic.. even wished they’d played more off the new album.. maniacs were a snoozefest.
  22. I feel like if TH does reunite for shows, they’d want to do something that they thinks tops or at least competes with stop making sense and also something that makes a ton of money… not sure they’d be taking that to festivals, at least not right away. I’d imagine either a residency NY/London or a massive arena tour
  23. Travis Scott is way bigger at least here in the US. Kendrick has way more critical acclaim. never been able to get into Travis Scott and would be an easy skip but I think Kendrick is always a must see
  24. Lol. Shame is not the word id use.. thinking more like “blessing”.
  25. Dream headliners based on rumored/suspected touring and upcoming album plans: Pulp Nick Cave and the Bad seeds the Cure LCD Soundsystem would also love Devo, Jessie Ware, Justice as subs
