I get that GF have had a slap on the wrists about overcrowding but that's not enough for me to completely discount it and probably just pushes them towards woodsies instead of the park. It's often overstated IMO. In a dry year with decent competition from the park and Arcadia you can slip right in the naughty corner just don't try and get into nyc downlow. Forget four tet and get stopped en route at a bar (preferably brothers but any will do) go in at 2am after that and you'll have no issues.

I think the Chris Martin comparison is a bit of a stretch. Foos headlined once and then (to my knowledge) he's done 1 other guest slot in recent memory that was overshadowed 7 minutes later by an even bigger one. If EE is somehow sat there at WF with offers from both bands for that slot then I would find it inconceivable that she would look past the foos who can fill a stadium on any continent on the planet - over pulp who can string together an arena tour and a handful of big shows every few years. and that's from someone who will not miss pulp wherever they end up at the farm this year, and especially if we are somehow blessed with them going head to head to on the Friday with that woodsies tba.

I think they could very much put them on Woodsies. Bigger than the park (?) which they've done as a secret set in the past and woodsies has seen some very big secret sets in recent years. despite a slap on the wrists from mendip council I think the tent still has some tba life in it yet

Have faith and go alone. I was able to exit macca for a piss and cider bud run and rejoin my group. Even 1 additional person attempting it with you increases difficulty substantially.
