  1. I'm just so unsure what the demand will be. It's a tricky one to judge
  2. How early are people thinking of queuing for this one? Me and my partner were thinking 4pm?
  3. What's everyone feeling regarding Sons Of Kemet tonight? Not sure when to queue
  4. Feeling rough myself; you got this my dude!!! Nick Cave is fucking brilliant
  5. Lived my trashy fantasy to Jehnny Beth and gosh I'm having a great night. Beck was absolutely incredible and completely annihilated my expectations. Such a great time!!!
  6. Obviously early days but yeah much chiller vibe tonight so far. Everyone seems to be having a nicer time in my experience. TFS were absolutely insane. One of the best sets I've seen in a while
  7. Decent set, only ask would be some Murder Ballads
  8. My partner is in the pit for Pavement right now (I went to see Gecs) so I'm really glad! Exactly what she was hoping for!
  9. Honestly never again. Really enjoying the acts but the queues and fucking crowds are horrendous. Don't feel safe and sortve shitting it going to a smaller stage for gecs. Never again.
  10. Have a ciggy and a coke and chill out hen
  11. Hey guys, Any ideas on how we gain access to Tonight's gig? Do we just show the ticket on the phone? Also what sort of time should we aim to get there for to secure entry? Cheers and looking forward to seeing some of you in the pit 🤙
  12. Felt this, the sound on the main stage certainly got worse the further the day went on? Which I found odd. TCIC and Special Interest (honestly one of the best live acts around atm) were certainly the highlights of the day. Yard Act were fine but I feel I'm at a point with them where I've gotten everything I could get out of them. Saw Modern Woman in the tent and have to say I was very disappointed with the way they were treated by the festival. Massive soundbleed from the imo pointless gazebo that was at one point just playing slowed down versions of generic cheese and had their set almost slashed in half. The Bad Vibrations stage not being open was a pisser and meant we had to miss Tropical Fuck Storm who tbh were one of the acts we were most excited to see. For the price I think last year's edition was more than worth it. This time round probably not. Hopefully they sort out the problems for next year.
  13. Cannot stand Courtney Barnett and I've seen Sam Fender already (once was enough). Gutted to have tickets to that show rather than the 25th. Oh well.
  14. I thought this as well, very dissapointing. Had to leave Porridge Radio and Dry Cleaning because I couldn't hear a thing.
  15. Honestly pal I'd say the opposite. When I saw King Gizzard in the past I was fairly new to the band and really didn't enjoy it, I found a lot of songs blended into one another and it just felt repetitive. However, I then got really into them last year and listened to the Ally Pally live they released (the show I went to) and honestly appreciated it a lot more.
  16. Top 5 for each day is looking like... Weekend One Day One: 100Gecs, Tame Impala, Turnstile, Shygirl, Charli XCX Day Two: Bikini Kill, Beach Bunny, Jamie XX, Jehnny Beth, Beck Day Three: Nick Cave, Bauhaus, Die Katapult, Caroline Polachek, Porridge Radio Weekend Two Day One: Dua Lipa, Slowdive, Big Thief, Working Mens Club, Tyler The Creator Day Two: Lorde, MIA, The Smile, The Jesus And Mary Chain, Dorian Electra Day Three: Megan Thee Stallion, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Jessie Ware, Viagra Boys, Genesis Owusu
  17. I've been trying to convince myself to leave this what with Primavera literally the opposite side of the weekend but between Floating Points, Amyl, TCIC, Yard Act, Boy Harsher, Billy No Mates, Chubby, Dream Wife, Faye Webster, Special Interest and Trpoical F*ck storm I cant say no. That's a decent day in itself.
  18. Not gonna complain about Placebo at all, had been contemplating picking up tickets for their Cambridge show so more than happy they've been announced
  19. New additions are great, bit disappointed Grimes is doing a DJ set rather than an actual show but whatever, looking forward to seeing Wet Leg!
  20. Just imagining the bizzare world where she's the support for the second Pearl Jam date. (tbh that'd probably increase my chances of going)
  21. Technically they haven't been pushed back to 2022 yet but I'll happily take that if they are lol
  22. And they'll more than likely be pushed back till 2022 as well. Certainly cant see him playing London in the summer if that's the case.
  23. Hoping to go to this day (first time travelling up north for a festival). Any idea what the prices will be per ticket and how quickly day tickets will sell out. I'm hoping to pick one up on Friday!!!
