Yeah thought about DEVO swinging by Primavera on their farewell tour. I'm seeing them at Green Man in a couple days.
WIll Devo still be playing next year is the only question? If so surely they're nailed on

Really hoping I manage to win tickets to the HAIM date as I'd really love to go but just cant justify the £65 ticket cost. Here's hoping huh

I think the main thing pointing to her not playing Primavera is that currently she's playing a 3 1/2 hour set at every single date. I'd be surprised if she just chopped it in half for one show?

Feel as though PS had a diminishing, if still committed, fanbase many of whom have given up more or less entirely after the revelations disclosed by Martin’s son a few months ago. I don’t think they’ll ever sell well again, and in all honesty, they’ve been naff live for the better part of a decade now. (I say this as someone who was part of said ‘diminishing’ fanbase.)
On the naff live part I think that applies to The Jesus and Mary Chain as well; saw them at Primavera last year and they were dire. Just Like Honey in particular was a low light of the whole festival which is a pity as I adore that song.

I noticed Paramore had a free date around the fest yesterday. I'd love to see them there but I'm just not sure whether they fit Primavera's vibe? (with the exception of the self titled and after laughter)

Looking more and more likely I'll be back at Parc Del Forum next year and I cannot wait!
My hopes for headliners are a selection of... Lizzo, Lana, Bjork, The Cure, PJ, Portishead, Radiohead (lol) and MBV (lol)undercard I'm hoping to see Explosions in the Sky, AIR, Angel Olsen, Black Midi, Joanna Sternberg
-
At this point with Lana, do you think they're waiting for Olivia Rodrigo to announce her comeback single and stuff before announcing her?

More field day news on radio 6 soon
Wonder what came of this, bit strange for a radio station to be "announcement incoming" then nothing until I'd imagine at least next week.
-
At this point I'm starting to believe either she's got no support or Lana's about to drop a 6hr set. Where's the rest of the bill lol?
-
Can't believe it's tomorrow! Weather looks like it's going to be decent. Cannot wait, such a strong line up and probably my favourite UK festival. Once again well curated and speaks to both my rockier and pop sides.

Have been wondering this myself. Really hoping The Last Dinner Party get added

The app is called Woov.
Cheers for the heads! Had a look and actually my day is looking less clashy than first feared!
Viagra Boys - Gilla Band clash is a violence though
-
Couldn't find the app in the play store. Only apps I could see were one for school events and another for hiring cars; am I missing something or is it apple exclusive?

Its not going to be pretty
if the stage splits are the running order the current clashfinder wont be far off
Oh snap, pretty sure the clashfinders been updated overnight. I think I've avoided the worst of it....
Looking like its gonna be Blondshell - COUCOU CHLOE - Model/Actriz - VTSS - Molchat Doma - Viagra Boys - Gilla Band - Shygirl - BCNR - Caroline Polachek - 5 minutes of TWOSHELL
-
Very much dreading the clashfinder coming out for this now aha.

Do we know when the set times usually come out for this?
I was about to say it wont be for months yet not realising the event is now literally a month away.
I think last year it was 2-3 weeks prior

Managed to get tickets after a few scares in the pre-sale; wonder when they'll announce Lana's support bill?
-
That is a tasty line-up. Can't wait to go to this one Sunday then Boygenius the next.

Yeah I agree. But do think it's possible since they have spoken highly of eachother. Ellie seems likely due to same mngmnt but unsure about the last one.
Raye it's super believable she'd be on a Lana bill. Slightly alt-pop and very popular with the gays (like Lana).
Ellie I can't talk for but I'd be more than down to catch her live. Loved Lights as an album and she's had a few decent tracks since (Falling For You from the Bridget Jones film especially).

Looks fake, can't really see O Rod accepting that slot, plus she isn't announced for anywhere else this year (I don't think) - would be a massive booking.
She's still on the up and up. Sam Fender supported the Stones last year when he was in I'd say a similar position.
-
I'm assuming they're not in any rush due to the date already selling out but has there been any whispers of when we might hear the rest of the line-up for Pulp?
Won't complain if its just Wet Leg and Pulp themselves but would be surprised -

It's cause its no longer 23rd apparently. Final Sunday instead
What date would that make her? Praying I'm free as I've twice had tickets to see her only for her to cancel. Would honestly complete my summer to finally catch her live!

Curious about how busy it is today for Dermot Kennedy, the only name on the entire bill that interested me was Aurora.
Really excited for the HAIM day tomorrow! Mae Stephens, Snail Mail, Romy, Confidence Man, Girl In Red and HAIM is a pretty decent run all in all to be honest!
