I really enjoyed that GM2019 set!

I can't believe it's been 9 years since her headline slot in 2015!

I'm getting impatient now that the predictions are getting more honed in. St David's Day is starting to feel like the obvious announcement date (Fri 1st March). It sounds like they will send out a pre-announcement to the announcement. I'd be very happy with Big Thief, Pixies and The Smile. But would love there to be a Massive Attack/Beth Gibbons double bill on the main stage (however unlikely).

I was at the Pitchfork show. Quite a lot of bands seem to struggle at the Roundhouse. I'm looking forward to the new album based on the new tracks so far. I could 100% see them playing GM, but some bands never quite seem to fit the stages. For me, they'd suit the Far Out headline slot, but I think they might be a bit too big for that.

A friend managed to get my family our settlers tickets on a payment plan at 11. I got through for another couple of standard tickets at just before 12 for another group of friends. For this I got kicked back a few times on the pages before payment. I did get a confirmation message after payment, and the email came through 20 mins later. I had the gateway errors and timeout problems when attempting to buy my own tickets. I have two pending payments in my account that hopefully get cancelled ASAP. Last year was a long queue - but this year Ticketline have been really awful. I don't understand why there can't be a visual queue for these things - other than it costing them more.

What was it that ruled out YYY's in the end?

Michael Kiwanuka shares a producer with Little Simz so not outside the realms of possibility?

If Wilco weren't at EOTR I'd be looking at that gap in their tour schedule on the 18th and thinking they were definitely on for GM

I asked if it would be Friday on Twitter and got the following: "Jumping the gun a wee bit, just a little longer to wait! 😉" Over analysis means I now think Steve Gunn will be playing. Love the idea of the all female headliners!
