  1. If you're interested, I'm staying at a camp site not far away from the festival. Not the temporary camp sites hosted by Pukkelpop itself but a "real" one. I still have some space left for an extra tent for the first two nights(Thursday to Friday and Friday to Saturday). That way you could fully enjoy the festival and leave for Brussels on Saturday.
  2. Glass Beams would be WOOOOOOOWWWWW Osees are always welcome!
  3. I'm afraid not. Not that I know of anyway.
  4. There's a documentary on YouTube about him: https://youtu.be/IZYieNVvQ4o?si=n4ef1QL8ImIpVhx-
  5. How did you like the festival?
  6. Next time, buy yourself a camping ticket, much easier 🙂 If you're staying in Brussels, you definitely should NOT go the party on Thursday, that would be a waste of time in my opinion. You'd better do some nice things in Brussels! Why Brussels btw? For me, as a Belgian, it sounds a bit like staying in London when you're attending Glastonbury 🙂
  7. 1. The deadline for buying "cheaper" food and drink vouchers has passed, it was until July 31st. Now it will be 3.50 a piece instead of 3.25. Of course you can buy them at the festival site. 2. No 3. At the site, you can use the "normal" tokens for beer and food. I think the beer tokens you bought are for the cooled sixpack you will receive at the camping site? 4. Camping Chill used to be very noisy, but the last few years (from what I've heard) it is not that bad anymore. Lots of (very) young people over there. It's all very well organized though, it will not be "absolute bedlam". Important notice: I would suggest a camping spot not too close to the entrance of the camping site. It's more noisy up there. But even if you are at the back of the camping site, it is only a few minutes walk to the festival site.
  8. There are no stupid questions, just stupid answers 🙂 Have you bought a day ticket for Friday? Don't forget to join the party on Thursday then. The Main Stage area will not be open to the public yet, but the other half of the site will give you a great idea of what to expect of Pukkelpop. Normally you can easily get close to the barriers for any concert, but Billie in 2019 generated a huge crowd at 3 PM, so the crowd will probably be even bigger this year, now that she is headlining. The other bands playing before her should be right up your alley too, though. So if you really want to be all the way up front for the Biliie concert, just get there a few hours beforehand. I don't know how old you are, but Pukkelpop is probably the best festival in the world for young people and also one of the best organized festivals of all. It's safe and fun and you will have an excellent time. Enjoy! PS The grounds usually open at 11 AM and close at 4 AM. If you get your wristband on Thursday, you can easily access the festival area on Friday without queuing too much.
  9. https://www.pukkelpop.be/en/info/frequently-asked-questions/ticket-exchange-service/ This is the only way to sell your ticket. An upgrade from a day ticket to a combi ticket is possible, but I don't think a downgrade from a combi ticket to a day ticket is.
  10. I would definitely not stay in Brussels and travel to the festival each day.
  11. My preferred phone charging option is: renting a powerbank at the festival site. 😉
  12. Welcome! You and your wife will have an excellent time. 1) The first evening has changed throughout the years, from a small opening party into a full-fledged festival with a decent line-up. Mostly local acts but good ones. Only half of the festival site will be open, but that's still 4 stages for you to go to. Don't miss out. It starts at 6PM and ends at 3 or 4 AM. A good warm-up for the rest of the festival! 2) PKP is very eclectic so there will be acts for everyone's taste. 3) It's vouchers only at the festival, so I'd suggest you buy quite a lot of them before the end of July. It's 25 cents cheaper now. 4) Camping Chill is the largest camping site, just across the street. The facilities are okay but basic. A lot of young people there. 5) Car parking at the festival site is not possible, a little bit further away you will find festival parking lots (for one day, or for the entire festival). Just follow the signs. Border control is non-existent.
  13. I walked by when she did her show at PKP back in 2015, on my way to something else, and didn't stop. This year, I chose Wet Leg instead. I was wrong both times.
  14. What do you mean? Except for some showers on Thursday and Friday, it's going to be the perfect festival weather!
  15. Of course he is, Pixies and Editors are way bigger than LG as a solo artist.
