Didn’t play one. Purposely listened out. No music was played.

No chance of the Foos Springsteen just did his random album tracks last time. Passed a lot of people off. Phonics haven’t been in a while.

Watching her on at glasto, totally different and doesn’t have the glasses on. I think she was pissed or off her tree when she did IoW. this is my next point, I’ve seen a few acts who I reckon were smashed, Suggs being the worst last year. If they are / were, why do they let them get away with it! Very unprofessional especially with the money they get and we pay.

Poorest line up in my 8 visits. Omy god’, Grove Amada, Chems, Robbie, Scouting for girls, Ezra all did it. The rest were all mediocre. will still probably attend for a few years. the lack of bag checks was a massive bonus. the camper van field was a total farce. People with cars and tents, sh*t toilets and showers that didn’t work from Thursday and they blamed vandal’s Saturday night. Even though there was a gas leak on the hose Friday morning and turned off. Concession prices are getting ridiculous. You can see some of the vendors are embarrassed themselves. Little tip, just say you had a Barclay card but pay with any. They didn’t care.

Weather is on top form. I’ll be taking more suncream than clothes. Wait to here people moaning about there not being enough water on site. They weren’t allowed chairs down the front. Or someone stood in front of them… Looking forward to a relaxing 4 days.

Educated guess is 15-18 June. Although depends on Glastonbury too. If they have a fallow year it may move back a week. Probably know by Friday with early bird tickets.

Negatives- Capaldi is big top at best. Lack of security at main stage, meant loads of chairs and blankets down the front. Cost of everything, feck me that’s expensive for a family of 4. Ended up taking more and more in through the weekend as realised they didn’t care. Positives - lack of security and those who were there not caring. Took what you wanted in. Paul and Jacque, the Fratelies, Chic, Madness were all brilliant as expected. Rudamental and Muse, in my ignorance I expected nothing. Best way to go into a gig when you don’t know them I’d say. But WOW! Made the weekend. 2 fantastic sets Main stage toilets, again were phenomenal, what an up grade, hats off to them on that And finally the people there. No agro, no arguments, everyone smiling. 👌🏻 Sadly I don’t think it will ever return to the line ups of the 10+ years ago. Lionel would have made a bit of a difference. I now go for the craic as much as the music. Will be returning for a 7th time next year. Time to go to work to put for that £25 rounds and £12 food. 🤦🏻‍♂️🙈😂
