    Apparently the ATG/Trees organisers neither can afford Sleep Token nor want to book them. They booked them for ATG back in 2019 so who knows.

    Not sure, that’s the main car park I use. Maybe problems with the building structure or numberplate recognition? Half of the payments machines always seem to be broken too!

    Yeah after RATM were called goths I wouldn’t think the younger lot would welcome them with open arms.

    Is Korn ruled out of Download yet? Can’t imagine what the reaction will be by the younger crowd!

    Would much rather have Rex than Jamie T (can’t stand his music). Jamie T could sadly be likely though as Superstruct have him for Victorious. Hoping Biffy are in for a chance.

    Signs pointing to The Dillinger Escape Plan reuniting with their original vocalist (not old Greg). Potential headliner? As much as I love TDEP it would be nice to have a headliner which is a bit more chill. Need something peaceful after the brutality of Meshuggah!

    Don’t forget Bastille playing Reading & Leeds last year with a Castle Stage headline inbetween.

    Rina and Spiritbox on the same lineup would be insane. Throw in Wolf Alice as a sub and you have a deal.

    That ASIWYFA set might’ve made me add the Wednesday to my plans. Could only make Devin Townsend’s date this year. Loads of amazing bands!

    They’re also set to headline Takedown Festival in Portsmouth next year.

    What was up with not being able to buy Red Bull at the bars? Was doing the fest sober this year and had to trek all the way to the Luczoade stand by the comedy tent for an energy drink!

    Promote Suede so they no longer clash with NBT. Knowing Victorious if they’ll get anybody it’ll be Madness again!

    Park & Ride at Lakeside is much cheaper, plus it’s only a few minutes from the motorway and a big Tesco & 24hr Maccies.

    No gigs but we did get the remaster, nice to have Futurism on vinyl. Hopefully they do the same with Absolution and put Fury on. Wasn’t at SBE or R&L but was at the RAH ‘18 gig and first Hammersmith Apollo show this year, what amazing shows they both were.

    There’s been an OOS gig already in 2011, what we need is 20 years of Absolution which ties in with next year. Said this on the DL forum but I’d love the rumoured two set band to be Muse. 20 years of Abso+b sides/deep cuts on the first set and WOTP + Hits on the second.

    Bit of a weird and pointless thought but wonder what’s gonna happen to the e-scooter docks during the festival, I’m sure the surrounding area will become a no-ride zone but there’s certainly a few parking zones within the site.

    Absolutely love Placebo, can’t wait to see them again, also going to their November tour. Casseyette sounds a bit like Yonaka, who did a song with Barns.

    AFI is one of Will’s fav bands, and of course MCR too. I always thought they sounded like MCR mixed with the Cult.

    Do you reckon Sleep Token could play the November edition of 80Trees? They’re on tour that month and have an acoustic show in London days after.

    The Deco is a rock pub in Southsea, not sure how far it is from the common (only been there once) but had a good vibe.
