  1. QotSA have just cancelled their Welcome to Rockville performance. Wonder if they will cancel Werchter twice in a row
  2. You've summed up my thoughts exactly
  3. Bunch of new bands added: Devin Townsend (Saturday Headliner) / Haken / YOURCODENAMEIS:MILO / The Guru Guru / Aiming For Enrike / Ashenspire / Butch Kassidy / CLT DRP / Chalk Hands / Grief Ritual / Host Body / I Built the Sky / Naut / Ramkot / Silverburn I'm off to see YOURCODENAMEIS:MILO on Friday for their first show since 2007! Good to see they are playing more than just these two Cluny shows.
  4. Modern Error: Nine Inch Nails-esque, high production value synth post-hardcore. Released one of my top 10 albums last year. Listen to Errors of the World and A Vital Sign As Everything Unfolds: Female-fronted metalcore/post-hardcore with a few electronic bits too. Listen to Hiding From Myself and Ultraviolet Unpeople: The guitarist and bassist from Press To Meco new band (they both sung too). Nothing released yet. Dead Poet Society: Kinda like a heavier Nothing But Thieves. High vocals and melodic but downtuned guitars. Listen to .CoDa. and .intoodeep. High Vis: Jangly, Smiths like guitars and gentle but hardcore vocals. Listen to Trauma Bonds and Walking Wires Lynks: 'Avant-garde queercore made club-ready'. Listen to Everyone's Hot, Str8 Acting and he features on Go Get A Tattoo by Frank Carter
  5. Love a bit of Slaves, and it's been four years since they last did a show so they have a bit of pull. Unlike BFMV and Frank Carter who have played everywhere and everything in the last few years
  6. Hope not, I'm a big fan and they were dire on their UK tour last year. Super short set and it seemed like they were just going through the motions. And they didn't play anything off their newest album even though it was the Nowhere Generation tour
  7. Final announcement Thurs at 11am. 'Not only is this headliner one of our favourites, we’re super psyched as it’s a UK exclusive booking.' Hoping for Deftones
  8. They're the only new band I've discovered for this year, so pretty excited to see them
  9. Only clashes for me are Static Dress/Trophy Eyes, Boston Manor/Gogol Bordello and the headliners. Fortunately I'm going to both days though, and already seen Static Dress and Boston Manor 10 times each and Shikari 8 times.
  10. I've never heard of them? Hoping it will be someone I've heard of lmao
  11. Well IMO, Rival Schools is more likely to clash with BFMV than Cancer Bats and American Football are more likely to clash with Frank Carter than Pitchshifter Axiom clashed twice with Main in 2019
  12. I'm gonna be watching De Staat headline the Forest I guess
  13. Highly recommend Dead Poet Society - kinda Nothing But Thieves vibes but a bit heavier
  14. I've just bought tickets to see them in Huntingdon, Long Island. Lucky enough to be in NYC during their next tour! Will be my first time!
  15. Eagles Of Death Metal, American Football, Brutus, Destroy Boys, Electric Six, Black Honey, Employed To Serve, The Joy Formidable, De Staat, Tigercub, Kneecap, Heriot, Miitarie Gun and so many more. Fuck EoDM/Jesse Hughes, but I love me some American Football and Electric Six Just spotted Bat Sabbath too (Cancer Bats covering BS)
  16. Modern Error announced who are brilliant. Synthy-proggy-punk. Check out the songs Error of the World and A Vital Sign
