I think the main stage is full and only Hungarian names will be added. Freedome is missing 6 names (2 on last day), probably fillers but possibly a decent names too. Party arena, Colosseum and Europe are stages where we'll look forward the most to get new artists.

Agree, clearly she is the main name. I'm thinking more it could be for tehnical reasons, traveling etc.

A look to the future: What more can we realistically expect? Main Stage: 3 more names, but it will be local artist FreeDome: 5 spots open, could be something solid? Arena: Only 4 DJs confirmed, a lot yet to come Colosseum: 10 confirmed, maybe still some relatively strong names, already looking good + Number of confirmed artist on other stages: 7 Europa stage (promising so far), 6 DropYard, 4 Global village Btw, why is Ben Böhmer on main stage, feels like there are 3 other stages he would fit better, now it feels like a wasted slot ?

How would you rate this lineup on scale 1-5 ? I would give fist announcement 3/4, was quite happy with it. Today's 2/3 max. Lorde is a fine addition (unless she is not playing last on the main stage, that would completely ruin her "theater" show) and 2 headliners 10 years past prime. A couple of decent names but not a single quitar artist, with plenty of names left out around at the time (Christine and the Queens, Tove lo, Wet leg, first aid kit..) I'm looking at the poster and I'm like "Who are all these people?" and I've been following festivals for years. 3/5 overall, on a good day. I bet there will be cheap festival tickets on Ticketswap days prior.

Edit: Nope. Sam Fender will perform before Florence + The Machine takes over the Main Stage on the first day of Sziget, just as girl in red before Billie Eilish on the last day.

Looks like arena will be having these "theme" days almost every night. Easy promotion for a festival i guess... Balaton sound also has these "takeovers". For us, visitors it is not significantly different, maybe more alternative artist on certain days, so yes, maybe cheaper. They usually also had some kind of decoration. QDance is hardstyle/Hard Trance, Rampage is Drum and bass, Higher Ground is EDM i think, Awakenings is techno music.

Yeah, we went to far and most likely there will be disappointment on Tuesday. I'm expecting Lorde + Mac + wishing for a decent rock name (Either paramore, Killers, The strokes... ) and couple of nice undercard names, such as Girl in red. Keep in mind that the majority will be electronic names. Everyting more is a bonus for me.

Don't know why they keep forgeting Freedome arena, on the webpage under "exciting venues" it is also missing.

Streaming represents only part of the audience, mostly the younger audience. You can't draw conclusions based on that. KOL had sold 20mio albums, twice more than Mac, Lorde and Ava combined but that also doesn't mean they will do better in terms of selling tickets.

Google search on this photo does suggest "top models années 90", so this is an interesting clue. And the whole music video revolves around the red purse.

Throwing Editors and Rag'n'Bone man into the mix (both in Bratislava days after) can't remember them being mentioned before. On the other side, now knowing a huge part of announcement will be Party arena artist, i'm trying to lower my expectations.

They just added this, tnx. Foals and Sam Fender both main, too bad, was kind of hoping for speclactular Freedome day with Foals 🙂 Almost no Party arena artist (Diplo), so we should expect a lot of electronic names next Tuesday.
