  1. In case you missed it, Friday is officially sold out
  2. As I've read in other forums, artist like 21 Savage and Maneskin are probably the biggest names we are getting next week. Cannot see anyone else getting added at this point for headliners. Smaller names are harder to predict, but I can see Michael Kiwanuka, Air, L´imperatrice and others.
  3. Screenshot or I don’t believe it ahahahah every time I DM’d them even to ask about practical info about tickets they never replied
  4. I mean, up until some days ago she only had 2 dates booked so if she did them she would need to rehearse and get a team. So in that sense I see why she could cancel the Mexican show, doesn't mean she cancelling the Primavera date. She's been posting rehearsals and some sort of vocals and dances on Instagram these past weeks, so maybe she is rehearsing but the Mexico date is too early for that. Idk. In terms of replacement, I guess by now Primavera knows that she can drop (probably they knew since the beginning) so I guess it is easier for them to replace her knowing 3 months in advance. There are plenty of acts touring Europe in June that could come to Primavera, it could even be Grimes.
  5. Both her album/new songs leak and the trial final happened before she was announced at Primavera, so unless there's something else, I don't see a problem of her coming to Primavera, specially if she lives close by. Don't think there will be a tour tho, if she has a trial in October don't she will tour 5/6 before that, can see her touring again in 2025 specially if she wins the trial. For now no need of speculation until else is proven, in my books she's playing Primavera, and if she really cancels it won't be something unexpected and I hope that Primavera finds a good replacement, as they know about these things more than us.
  6. I think at this point it's purely speculation and we don´t know what happens behind the curtains but from what I know, she's been dropping from festivals because of her lawsuit against Shia. The thing is that the final lawsuit is scheduled to be in October this year, and that was announced back in October 2023, 1 month before Primavera. So in that sense, I think there isn't anything that could indicate that she's cancelling. On another hand, if she only has 2 concerts, and one of them is super far from UK (assuming she still lives there) it would make sense for her to cancel and come to Primavera that is much closer. Maybe she expected to do a more extensive tour in South/North America and just having one show now doesn't make sense for her. At this point it's purely speculation and I think we shouldn't look at what happened at Mexico festival as it doesn't mean anything for now. Specially because both of the festivals are 2 months apart. Until she's officially cancelled Primavera she's still playing the festival, at least in my books.
  7. I read that at Coachella she’s playing live, also the festival that replaced Twigs with Grimes didn’t mention anything about DJ Set. Would prefer her just to perform live, specially her older material, I saw her back in 2016 and it was amazing.
  8. Don’t really see the need for worries or speculation at this point, she only had 2 dates anyway, and it’s much easier to go to Barcelona from UK then to Mexico, plus her Mexico date was 2 months prior to Barcelona, so it could be anything that she had to do in March. Until she’s out, it’s just speculation. I kind of believe she will be there, cause Primavera dedicated a bit of time to promote her as exclusive act. Worst case scenario we might get someone like Grimes, that tbh I wouldn’t mind to see.
  9. I guess we are getting some names early next week
  10. Mad Cool final lineup. It's 1 weekend after Roskilde so a lot of artists are going to come to Roskilde. Who do you think we can get? From big artists I would say Maneskin are kind of guaranteed, plus artists like Jessie Ware, Smashing Pumpkins, Black Pumas and Bring Me The Horizon.
  11. The security at Roskilde Festival is one of the sloppiest I've ever seen in festivals. I think that's because there are mostly volunteers checking the bracelets and they are usually teenagers that do it just to get a free ticket. I've managed to bring a loads of beers inside without being stopped. I know people that managed to enter the festival without a bracelet.
  12. The National b2b Taylor Swift playing folklore
  13. Strong rumours that the last 2 big names are 21 Savage to take the hip hop spot and SZA. I think SZA will be the Saturday headliner and 21 Savage will be a co headliner with Skrillex. No news on Bad Bunny, Drake is doing a EU tour but don't think Roskilde can afford him, Dua Lipa is out due to her dates, maybe Billie Eilish?
  14. Nice, then we are still missing 2 headliners, one for Thursday and one for Saturday right?
  15. Amazing lineup, both in terms of headliners and smaller names, everything is very well curated. And I checked the price and it's the same price as Primavera, so it's a very good lineup for the price. Only problem that I would have is that the biggest artists are all very indie and guitar music, I think that Primavera has a bit more variety for my taste, but overall, this and Primavera are the best lineups of the year so far.
  16. Not a rest, but a lot of artists that could do festivals, prefer to do solo tours to generate more money, the likes of: Taylor Swift, Paramore, Olivia Rodrigo, Drake, Danny Brown, Karol G, Bad Bunny, Drake and many many others. These type of artists some years ago would be headliners at festivals, now they don't do festivals. It's a hard task to find headliners now.
  17. 31st of January we can expect new names for sure. My guess: it will something related with Doja Cat, 21 Savage, Maneskin and a bunch of smaller names and danish names.
  18. Don't think that SZA is big enough to headline Coachella. But then again, Tyler is not either.
  19. I’m quite curious to see if there will be any big surprises like Billie Eilish or Doha Cat. Personally I think that it will be artists that were already announced at other festivals: Doja Cat, SZA, Smashing Pumpkins, Arcade Fire are my guesses. P.S Ice Spice and 21 Savage both announced at Opener festival that shares dates with Roskilde. So I think that the next batch of names will be Doja Cat (or another headliner name) plus Ice Spice or 21 Savage and branch of undercard like Michael Kiwanuka, Masego, Loyle Carner and others.
  20. I actually saw them in 2017 and enjoyed a lot their concert. Was a big fan of them back in those times, but I think their new albums are terrible. Plus all the accusations against the main singer, I really hope they don’t book them. But right it’s the only thing that is possible to come, besides Pulp and Smashing Pumpkins.
  21. Arcade Fire seem to be a frontrunner for a rock/indie spot. They are touring in July already are confirmed at Noe Alive and BBK in Spain. Can easily see them playing with either Pulp or Smashing Pumpkins.
  22. Are there any hip hop big artists that Roskilde might book? Cause I think that it will be mostly pop, indie, electronic and rock bands. Maybe reggaeton if they manage to book Karol G or Bad Bunny.
  23. True, but then what was the point of having Foo Fighters? As people mentioned, this year will be probably the year with the most female big artists, probably other 2 headliners are going to be pop singers like Doja Cat and Billie Eilish. So having Smashing Pumpkins would be logical. I can also see Pulp and LCD Soundsystem.
