  1. I'll be making a return to Beautiful Days this year for the first time since 2003, the first time it was held. Really looking forward to it - will be interested to see what has/hasn't changed over the last 7 years! Any clues?
  2. It's that time of year again when I start getting excited about festival season... First on the 'definite' list for me is One Love Festival 2010 (www.onelovefestival.co.uk), partly because it looks lovey, and mainly because my band is playing there Anyone one been before? Anyone going this year?
  3. Quality reggae on the radio the night before leaving - being broadcast from the site! What a treat...couldn't be any more excited
  4. Just treated myself to a few albums of acts performing at Glade this year: Antix - Twin Coast Discovery Freeland - Now & Them (been meaning to buy this for ages) Squarepusher - Numbers Lucent EP Waterjuice - Liquid Journey Also dug out my Krafty Kuts, Plump DJs and Freestylers collections... What's everyone else listening to in preparation, and who else's music should I delve into....?

    Glade 2009

I will be at Glade - woo hoo! Canny wait. My first time to Glade, but spent many happy hours raving at the Glade stage in Glasto before... Any tips for a first timer re security on the gate, nudge nudge wink wink ?
  6. ...particularly pleased about Freeland, Krafty Kutz and Plump DJs from this batch! Still nothing involving Simon Posford tho...COME ON POSFORD!!!! SHPONGLE, YOUNGER BORTHER, HALLUCINOGEN....any/all please!
  7. Just bought tickets for Glade - will be my first time to this festy! What time do things kick off on the Thursday? Tempted to leave after work on the Thursday and take the Monday after off instead (for recovery purposes!)

    Gomez

They have a new album out in March (www.gomez.co.uk), and I don't think they've played Glasto since 2004 (they were absolutely class, worth missing James Brown for), so could be a good shout for this year. Doves & Gomez both with new albums out and possible Glasto perfomances?! f**k the economic downturn, 2009's looking good
