I took the quote on the front of the Free Press too literally. "I'm only getting to the end of this build by promising I'll never do one again. That usually only lasts until the end of the party, though." Incidentally, Joe Rush was having a lovely dance in an empty Carhenge on the Sunday night as we headed back to our tent.

There was some digger activity on the stream/river just left of the Pyramid stage yesterday afternoon. :)

There are some signs up on posts along the access road to Arcadia and The Park. Build lorries have been loaded into the usual place at the deliveries entrance. Longdrops are going up for the in-between bit between the Pyramid field and San Remo/Beat Hotel.

Realistically they could still print in the Guardian and still publish online content on the Guardian and Glasto websites when they want to tomorrow morning. I like to think that Glasto are a bit more media savvy nowadays, so will go for a full day's news cycle. 🙂

I don't like the wraparound screens. The people on stage get lost in what's happening around them.

The stampede for the queue snake was insane and super dangerous. Great set from what I remember. I lost three things during it!

From the webcam, there's no tangible enlargement of the space. Still got backstage covering half the field, speaker scaffolding is maybe slightly large and the spider is a little different.

Aye, I'm usually in that patch too so equally as devastated. However, the area for backstage next to Arcadia, in front of the trackway that links over to Paines camping, seems way too big compared to what was indicated would be in that bit on the map! Making me wonder if we might get to camp in the usual spot after all.

It's slightly West than last year. But also, they don't seem to have taken away the backstage area to make the field bigger. Unless those current tents are in the wrong place.

If you have their tents, go for it. If you don't, don't hold the space or expect to hold any space. 🙂

You have to submit your app to Apple & Google for approval. That can take some time, especially if it's a third-party agency they've paid to make it. Even longer if Apple rejects it and makes you resubmit with changes. So likely they're just waiting to get them approved.
