I think they've done really well. everyone and their mother toured last year, with the pandemic restrictions winding down. Naturally this year, a lot of those touring cycles have completed and I hear that every festival has had a hard time making bookings. That, coupled with inflation costs, I think the festival has really triumphed.

I'm excited for the block9 and the acoustic announcements, whenever they happen!

1 - get to know your tent neighbors. it's good manners, and it makes us all a little more secure. 2 - use the property lock ups and donate to them if you are able. 3 - pace yourself - physically, mentally. you're meant to have fun not exhaust yourself. 4 - break out of your comfort zone in some way. you won't regret it. you're gonna have a blast

As someone who lives in Brooklyn, I will never get used to seeing Brooklyn Lager in the UK and Europe. It's not bad - It's also not my favorite. American beer tends to be sweeter than it should be, if you ask me. Brooklyn isn't one of those American sweet beers. It's a standard middle of the road lager, that I think we all choose when we're unfamiliar with what else is on offer.

I would prefer it stay, but there are stages that are criminally underused and could sub for WG - for example, the Rabbit Hole and BBC Introducing. You could even pepper some of these acts before nightfall on the Truth stage. Plus, early slots at Woodsies (never gonna get used to saying that) and The Park are also very not full. Just Mustard at Woodsies last year had about 100 people there. Maybe this is an exercise in utilization.

As many have said, the lead up was worse than the actual weather. One of days I remember it being just a constant mist/spit for hours which wouldnt have been terrible if the ground wasn't already so waterlogged.

I agree that it's not groundbreaking for them. I actually think Grease in your hair is my least favorite. i think it sounds like you told AI to write a national song. I like the two with phoebe on them; I her and matt's voices sound really great together. i really like alien too. I am not a taylor swift fan but for some reason I keep playing that song. I really wanted the national to make something different this time, and to me that's the song thats the most different.
