So far only this is confirmed

24 - The National, The Gaslight Anthem

25 - Hozier, Paolo Nutini, Dogstar

26 - The Smashing Pumpkins, Ibibio Sound Machine

Thanks, hopefully more information comes soon. I can see they've got the day subheadings on the lineup section of the website but it hasn't been populated with acts yet.

  2. I think both Smashing Pumpkins and the National are confirmed headliners, then it's whether Hozier is taking the last slot (as recent marketing like the order of artists on their webpage and press releases suggest), or if its someone else (as the teaser posters with the blanked out name suggest). I'm not sure it's been confirmed anywhere that Hozier is a headliner or not, so I think we might just need to wait and see.

Looks likely they are going to be there doesn't it. Based on the blurred text and spotting only one has a purple footnote we can deduce two of those dates are festivals and the third is a gig where they are supporting someone other that Green Day. Blurred text at bottom looks like that band they are supporting and who is yet to announce their tour is "the ?????". Possibly that's the third headliner or am I stretching :D....

Reckon you're bang on the money here.

  4. I bought a pre-sale ticket for this, but it turns out I can't go anymore. I've tried contacting Wide Awake/Kaboodle  about ticket re-sale or exchange and it doesn't look like they're supporting it anywhere. They are, however, allowing me to transfer the QR code to a friend. If anyone is looking to get a ticket to this, DM, and we can work out that transfer. I'm just looking to get back what I paid for the ticket which is less than they are currently on sale for as they are using the tiered pricing system. Cheers!

Never saw that poster, how old is that?  And why do you think its an actual name, maybe its just random, and nothing behind it, just meaning a third headliner is still to come.

If that poster is month or two old, I would be surprised if that had someone confirmed for months and still didnt announce it.

I think it was first posted about when @SweetJesus posted, but they've since reposted or referenced it on their Instagram a few times - I think including today even.

Given the design of the poster, it looks like it would be for the 3rd headliner as we know it's a 3 day festival with The Smashing Pumpkins and The National headlining the other two days, and the space looks like it's got another name written there but is covered up. If not the name of that act, what do you think it would be?

The third act might be someone who is yet to announce any EU tour plans, and so they might be waiting for permission of the band first to announce - this could be to coincidence with a new song, album, other tour dates, or a multitude of other reasons for the delay.

According to this poster, Qotsa, Massive Attack, LCD Soundsystem ruled out.

    PJ Harvey?

For reference, this is the poster I'm talking about for the third headliner. Any other guesses much appreciated!

The Killers? The Chainsmokers? The Kooks?

Killers are in the UK during the festival I think. Chainsmokers would be too long (name looks like its shorter than The National), The Kooks would fit the space on the poster, but not sure if they're bigger than Hozier or Paolo Nutini to headline instead of them? I'm from the UK, so don't have any idea of how relative popularity translates to Croatia. Looking at setlist fm they've played Croatia once before at InMusic 2016 and didn't headline, and I don't think they are any bigger or relevant since then to warrant the step up.

Havent been following for some time, and took a look yesterday and was surprised to see reactions for Hozier. By far the best reactions out of all the bands at InMusic, specially better than The National. Who knows, maybe they can bump Hozier up to headliner status?

From their posts on Instagram they are definitely teasing another, yet to be announced, headliner. It looks like the act might start with a T and probably ends with an S. Poster suggests they've got less characters in their name than The National. Could be The Strokes, but not sure if they're going to be in Europe next summer.

It’s very strange they haven’t announced the lineup to this considering it isn’t exactly a massive pair of headliners. You’d think they’d want to have a lot of big selling points out at once in order to sell tickets, instead of a bunch of people inevitably waiting for cheap tickets which will almost definitely happen along the line.

They've started doing the Tier system over the last few years which will incentivise some early ticket buying before the price jumps up.

The Postal Service and Death Cab for Cutie are doing joint album tours. They have a date in London but not listed venue so unsure how big they are nowadays.

Also booked for a European festival is August and not headlining.

I wasn't sure on the Trees stance on "legacy" acts but JEW aren't exactly pushing out bangers.

    Any chance?

    Announced for APE today

If you sign up to Festival Republic email they will send you a pre sale link.

FR Pre-sale already live - tried sharing the link, but it doesn't work from here.

No worries, I got the artist presale email about twenty minutes after I posted. Cheers though!
