  1. Regarding Yeah Yeah Yeahs I remember something about the art director of Vodafone Paredes De Coura telling on a radio show a few months ago that he was booking them but then they had to shorten their European Tour to only 4 shows due to personal reasons. I won't place my bet on them adding more shows.
  2. Strange but funny replacement. Nothing changed in the schedule: Cypress Hill will have the 70 minutes Florence's spot on the main stage.
  3. it's been a little off-topic to answer a friend, sorry for that.
  4. I haven't put any hopes in something really headliner-wise like Blur or Arcade Fire (even if a little part of me was dreaming) and I was honestly thinking about M83 as they're free that night, they're from Paris and they're in Switzerland the night before. Cypress Hill are a strange replacement as they have a completely different fanbase from F+TM and some of them are asking for a refund. It's always really difficult to replace an headliner a few days before... Anyways, I'll have fun, my girlfriend a little less then she expected 😬
  5. nope, sorry, I'm going to Rock En Seine this year but I want to come for sure one of the next years
  6. did you consider renting a car? In Brussels airports there are a lot cheaper fares and you'd be free to move.
  7. honestly don't know but I hope so, never been at Coura, let's wait for someone else.
  8. Thank you so much, you gave me one more reason to come back during the next years. For the record, at the festival you can also drink Grimbergen Duble-Ambrée which is imho ways more exciting than industrial pilsner, especially if brewed in its glass at PKP Cafè, and it always costed 1 token as like as Maes Pils.
  9. Yes, at different time every night. Maybe is easier to read in this Instagram post. The bands won't clash, so the last show on the main stage ends when the next show on the second stage starts. https://www.instagram.com/p/CvpBPkqIoSc/?igshid=NjIwNzIyMDk2Mg== Also this clashfinder looks pretty accurate: https://clashfinder.com/s/paredesdecoura2023/
  10. I noticed a "cashless" section in the app but it's still not working. Maybe there will be a very quick payment method like a QR code to be announced during the next days (already used it last year at Haldern Pop in Germany and it worked very well).
  11. Unfortunately you can only buy food & drink tokens at discounted price on the website until 31 July, but you can also buy them at any time at the festival and the difference in price is very small: 3,25€ each on the website; 3,50€ each at the festival. No, they cannot be refunded but, as you can buy them in any moment in group of 5 (at least it was so during the past editions), a beer costs 1 token, any food goes from 2 to 4 or 5 tokens it's really easy to manage them. They also give you up to 6 free tokens if you collect plastic cups and bring them to specific points: 20 cups 1 token. A beer token gives you a six pack of cold beer cans that you can only get at the bar inside the camping area and drink in the camping area or elsewhere outside the festival area. With regular food and drink tokens you can eat and drink anything inside the festival area and inside the camping area. No activity at all in the camping at nighttime.
  12. It was a typo but you understood 😁
  13. official resale opened yesterday. I think it's the only way (if you don't know someone who bought a ticket but cannot attend anymore).
  14. It maybe happened because Saturday is the indie day, but a big part of the indie crowd this year choose other festivals over PKP (Rock En Seine, Cala Mijas, Kalorama, etc.). One-day ticket at PKP costs 119€ while weekend ticket at Kalo/RES it's 170-175€... I'll let you know about my first experience at RES. Anyways, even if it's matching to my tastes a little less then I expected, every time I read the lineup I find a lot of diverse stuff I would enjoy. Pukkelpop is always very very much.
  15. The only 2 things I can tell you: - On the website there's a specific FAQ about ticket resale. It doesn't say very much but there's a specific mail address for infos about that. - Last year an official ticket resale platform was opened on July 29 but I don't know if someone here used it: https://www.rockenseine.com/en/mag/the-ticket-resale-platform-is-open/ I hope someone else can tell you more
  16. At Billie's show in 2019 I went 40 minutes before she started and it was already impossible to reach the barricades and it was early afternoon, but It's been the only case in 3 editions I attended. For some of the biggest tent shows (I remember Tame Impala in the Marquee back in 2015 or Idles in the Club in 2019) you need to go there something like 30 minutes before the start. At any other show you can reach the barricades in every moment, for my experience.
  17. I think that, like any other festival with camping I've been at, you can bring a razor into the camping area but you can't to bring it into the concert area. But I also think that wearing a long beard would give you extra charm at Paredes de Coura.
  18. It's a small one, definitely more underground, but you can stay at the camping with your car or campervan at Haldern Pop Festival in Germany, I've been there last year. I'm almost sure there's a camper camping at Lowlands, in Netherlands.
  19. We've discussed that here before... It's a small city and the hotel fares are very expensive during PKP, unless you book them months in advance, taking a look at the offers. Some of us usually book a room with free cancellation for the year after (the shame is that I finally canceled my reservation at Yup Hotel for this year edition a couple of days ago). About trains, it's very easy to catch them and you have a free ride from any Belgian train station and way back. I used it to visit Brussels, Antwerp and Bruges during the past years. Enjoy the festival and the Belgian beers at PKP Cafè and feel free to ask any other info.
  20. Anyways, I have some questions for everyone who already attended Rock En Seine: giving that each concert starts as soon as the previous ones on other stages are over... How easy is to move from a stage to another and how easy is to get good spots (especially at main stage) minutes before the concerts start? How many people usually stay in front of the main stage and how many move from one stage to another?
  21. same here, I only see Billie. Not the best start. Let's wait. Edit: working now.
  22. and it's the second show for ID in 2 days, both soldout. With more expensive tickets than Billie's + Girl in Red, Tove Lo and others. Now we know that, in Paris in 2023, Imagine Dragons are ways bigger than Billie Eilish.
  23. I think it's ok but I would ask messaging them on Facebook or Instagram to be sure
