It actually is 5 HT... the P is just stripped off by the body and leaves you with serotonin.

It's used to replenish the serotonin you have well and truly used up the night before... and thus not have to take twice as much drugs the following night chasing the high. It's effects are quite minimal and anecdotal on increasing serotonin. It's effects are subjective.

The shifts where very different last year because there was so many more stewards. Good chance it goes back to those you have posted this year. No idea about the post festival shift though.

Better than the entire festival in the Glade on the Thursday like last year 😄

Can other crew get in there with it being in the campsite? None of the others are.

I vaguely remember getting the tractor back from Maceos last year on the Monday night... must have been about 3am... I thought I dreamt it at first. I was just very drunk.

I will be there regardless. Always hit the tow & on the monday evening. Hoping for nice sunny weather again too.

Never tried it... Where is it? To be honest I can count on one hand the amount of times ive been anywhere near the John Peel. The changes sound interesting though and will definitely be checking it out.

Wonder if there will be a new crew bar with all the changes to the area?

There is no escaping the fact the walk is absolutely horrible. Especially if you are in the Park or Arcadia area...

They are secret set type of act.... And there is definitely room on one of the days on Other stage.

Thats a bit of a silly thing to say to be honest. You have no idea who is getting onto the page quickest... we could use that fuzzy logic and say you arent trying hard enough and they have more of a genuine interest than you. I was one of those trying and I am a multi year veteran volunteer. I got a spot because I am committed.

3 x 8 hours. Used to be 1 early, 1 day, 1 night. I.e. 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am They changed last year though as there was way more stewards. Most of the work in on the pedestrian gates checking tickets and directing people or vehicle gates. Easy work but on your feet standing around for 8 hours is a killer. Can drag when it's quiet. Best to volunteers for one of the busier jobs imho
