Thanks for the kind responses! Looked into my nutrition and it was way off. Lost 5kgs in a week taking me to 58kgs at 5'11. Not good. Managed to run 20 miles yesterday feeling much stronger and getting more carbs into my recovery meals.

Just back from a 17 mile run. Training for the Brighton Marathon. That was so hard and I don't think I will be able to add 9 more miles...starting to think I won't be able to complete it.

Completed the Bath Half in 1:36:34 this year and raised money for a great charity. I've signed up for Brighton Marathon next year and will be raising money for MindOut! I'm so excited.

Yes, this year was my last festival for the foreseeable future. I've enjoyed every moment but definitely had enough for now.

I have it and I feel awful. Fever, aches, stomach cramps, sore throat, heavy cough and the list goes on. Had all 3 jabs but feeling a bit breathless
