  1. Incubus are definitely in Europe next summer, they were announced for NovaRock recently.
  2. Hm, so people are OK with QOTSA subbing, but dont think Rosalia can sub ? In every market in the world today Rosalia sells more tickets than QOTSA, by far.
  3. Very solid start for Exit standards, they usually have a pretty weak line up in the last 5-6 years. This is pretty decent, and of course The Prodigy was obvious since the day they decided to tour again.
  4. Really? thats cool. I like Rancid and I should be in the area in early June again. Is that a club show or ?
  5. Sigur Ros below Xavier Rudd !!? Wow.
  6. Cool, we'll see. I dont have any inside info, but if I have to guess I would say definitely Exit and Sea Star for The Prodigy.
  7. What I am hearing is that Sea Star will happen last weekend in May, and InMusic will happen sometime mid June. Traditionally they both needed some serious government money to go on. Not sure what the amounts in Umag are, but the original Exit in Serbia is heavily sponsored by government. If The Prodigy are on the road in these periods, they will most definitely play at both Exit and Sea Star, they always play at all Exit events whenever they are touring.
  8. Wow, this now takes the crown as the worst line up this year, easily. That place used to be reserved for Frequency every year, but these guys just took it one step further.
  9. RHCP are a really really bad live band these days.
  10. RATM will not play in 2023. The final huge name, who knows, Rihanna, Beyonce, AC/DC....
  11. I think The Strokes are only doing late Aug / early Sept period. My guess would be GnR / RHCP / Rihanna
  12. If we are to read within the lines of waiting on Coachella, and Lolla Sweden being the same weekend, i would suspect Rihanna to be that name. She will be back to playing live at SuperBowl halftime show in early February, could announce a few festivals after Coachella in January, and then a full stadium tour the morning after SB in February.
  13. QOTSA are on the downside now I think, but a great new record in 2023. could change that. Not sure they resonate anymore well to anyone under 35, but who knows what will new music bring.
  14. Imagine Dragons are by far and wide the worst big band in the last 10-15 years, its pretty impressive how they are so massive right now. All jokes aside, their numbers are monstrous, they sell equily well in any part of the world. But the music is so stale, these guys so so un-charismatic, they write the same song all over again, if you listen to Radioactive, Thunder, Believer, they found a formula that works and just repeat it. Just awful, and no one would say anything if thats Arena level here and there, but its becoming stadium size and they will be the biggest headliner any fest can have very soon. Just crazy.
  15. Also, what people always tend to forget is that Primavera is now in bed with Live Nation. Which changes everything. Its booked a bit differently than it was booked years ago. LN have their pool of acts, and some are shared across tons of LN owned festivals. So we will see more and more "regular" Primavera bookings, more mainstream stuff, that might not be what old school fans of the festival expect.
  16. Strong line up, as expected. But then again, lets rewind and imagine someone telling you 5 years ago that Calvin Harris will headline Primavera :))) times they are a changing
  17. They have some decent records, but everytime I saw them live it was Meh at best.
  18. Most of this is not really my cup of tea, but thats pretty expensive / impressive set of headliners: Pink, RW and RHCP. That has to cost some serious money. Whats the capacity of this festival ?
  19. Nostalgia sells well everywhere lately. At a high price. Blur should be able to do 3 Wembleys in 2023. without problems specially with NO other Uk dates.
  20. I've seen that trend lately, some fests taking a year off, and then returning after a 1 year break. I still think InMusic will happen next year.
  21. I mean, it was pretty obvious the whole time they will continue and the band will go on, but this feels very very quick in a way...
  22. Wow Foo Fighters ? thats was unexpected.
  23. Pantera will definitely play this.
  24. I think no Europe for SOAD in 2023.
  25. This will go for 2-3 days like When we were young. Nostalgia sells.
