  1. I have ublock origin and a PiHole device, and I managed to buy six tickets, so keep at it!
  2. totally fine, I have bought tickets for other people in the resales, as long as -someone- pays, seetickets don't care.
  3. best of luck all you coach people!
  4. JOE 1 would have been issued sometime in the mid to late 1930s (i'm a terrible car bore in real life)
  5. The annual 'ditch seetickets' thread 🙂 usualy its after the sale though
  6. More Liam info: https://www.theguardian.com/music/2023/oct/16/oasis-liam-gallagher-announces-30th-anniversary-definitely-maybe-tour
  7. I thinking of moving to Clithero
  8. The Portugal trip does sound interesting though. I also love how the forum filter isn't setup properly and censors 'sw*nky' 😄
  9. Slowdive had a 22 year gap between their third and fourth albums
  10. as seen here: https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/registration/lookup This presents me with a dilemma - I have been using the same photo since photos were first required, I now consider it my 'lucky photo' - if I update it will my ticket streak end? Anxiety! But in a more serious note, it looks like they are pruning the database, so if you don't confirm your account, you'll need to make a new one But don't get caught out, do it today!
  11. Any recommendations for places to sleep in my van in Shepton?
  12. same here, hardly done any distance this month due to the wind or rain or most recently, both. I don't mind so much cycling in light rain, but horizontal downpours, not so much.
  13. No, it's a line of generally four cubicles, with one being for sauna users only, just one queue.
  14. Started worrying I won't get a ticket / will get a ticket but won't get a camper pass. Also idly looking into volunteering, but it seems volunter spots that let you take your caravan / camper are super rare - I'm too old to camp in a tent 😕
  15. same here, packed up at 11am, moved about 10m then stopped until 4pm. I have no concrete evedence of this, but as when I finally got moving, all the other camper fields I went through were empty, it seems like there may have been less trafic control than normal - i.e. last year I set of at the same time and was out on the main road by 12pm, but who knows - I had a book to read and snacks, and nowhere particular to be in a hurry 🙂
  16. My 'move at least 10km a day' plan that I've been doing since January certainly paid off - I had no problems over the whole long weekend, bar a few blisters, I walked about 85 miles too. Multiple trips back and forth from east camper, the hill felt noticably less steep 🙂 But I can do better! I'd like to do the same next year, but be less chubby as well 😄 So I'm going to continue with the cycling as for as long as the light evenings last then go back to walking over winter. I'm currently 11st8 (and short) aiming for 10st something
  17. cycling around the site at 5:30AM Sunday morning after staying up all night was great fun 🙂
  18. got these in my pics backup from 2009, I knew I used to be on efest back then, but I still can't remember my old login 😄
  19. same, I don't go on holiday anywhere else - glastonbury is my week away from work, which I budget for over the year.
  20. In all the years I've been, this certainly feels like the best one I've ever had 🙂 1: weather - I love it when it's hot 2: met up friends and made new friends 3: all my fitness training seemed to pay off - I managed at least 3am every night and didn't flag during the day, eating well and drinking lots of water as well as beers kept me going 4: Foo Fighters! 5: happy people - I also felt the vibe was nicer, I didn't see any aggro or angry mashed up people 6: subjectivly nicer food - it's annoying when you pay £9 for a wrap and it's sh*t, but this year everything I at was really good 🙂 7: The Levels - glad I avoided spoilers - I audibly gasped when I first saw it - epic! 8: another vote for co-op - cool juice for my thermos flask thing, god send 9: busy but not too busy, everywhere I went, I got the amount of space I was happy with - even in the big crowds exiting places, everyone seemed to be playing ball, no pushing and at the top 10/10 - the amazing lady (thats the only info I have) that found my ticket and pass out that I dropped somewhere in E17 on the way in on sat morning, and handed it into the 'ticket booth' after asking the road crossing stewards what to with it, which meant when I retraced my steps and asked every steward I could find, they let me know it could be handed in, and when I got there IT WAS! Thank you so much for saving me potentially hours and hours of trying to prove my ID 🙂
