Yea their debut was fantastic. I was thinking they would probs be on at WG but we know how went.
-
I'd imagine it would be bad for business if they said there wasn't. Glastonbury hopeful's keeping the share price up atm.

Which Chrome extension is that?

Anyone know what the link will be? Getting nervous!!!

As said above, are the spreadsheet/groups full now? I kind of switched off from here when we didn't get tickets first time round due to trying to stifle the pain. I will be trying for the coach to hedge my bets and solo rolling in the main sale as we have 5 and I am letting the rest of group have a better chance as they have never been before. Any info would be great.

As I was typing my message I was thinking this.

Gutted. How easy is it get volunteer work for Glasto?
-
Seems to back up what I heard unless they saw that and its tosh.

Take it with a pinch of salt but my brother in law was visiting his family in Sunderland and he got shown a poster with GnR playing the Stadium of Light on either 25th or 26th or both. He sent me this on Sunday but it washed over me cause I thought it was waffle but now with the Hyde Park announcement that may well be true? He also mentioned Bon Jovi in some capacity for Glasto so not sure what to believe. Surely if that Sunday for GnR is true that rules them out.
-
I understand that but his group got 40 before I saw a reg page. Man must have a magic lamp or some shit.
-
What is your secret? I didn't get a whiff till like 10.30 and even then that was just crash and burn.
-
Imagine the scenes when GnR confirm in place of Elton. New year, same heartbreak.

Having watched the Paris set on Amazon I think the new material goes down well and looking at the rest of the dates the sets are identical. Even the slower ones were interesting enough in a live setting and I think it would be hard for people to deny that Mr. Morale/Count Me Out were up there with the highlights of the show if not the best of all. They fucking popped.

Still need my tickets for London. Set looks fierce as all hell!

I think if they really cared about chart position and sales they would have made a more digestible record for the masses. At this point in their career I think they are making music for themselves and if that is the case sharing a release date with TayTay isn't really an issue. Maybe they do have such a sway with their label where they could convince them just the release it when they want or maybe the label thought there wouldn't be much cross over between fans.

N95 and family ties will defo be together surely? They are the same song basically. I playlisted my attempt. Not sure what it is but I just find as an opener the Crown piano plodding along and the outro of "I can't please everyone" into Mr. Morale fucking irresistible.

Was going to go for something like this but really hard to predict. I do think some of the songs do stand a album statement pieces and need to be listened to in context, would seriously throw the casual listener out of wack.
-
For me yes but I just can't see him doing it or Mother I Sober. I did try and lean more towards what we would call a greatest hits set.
-
Maybe a bit early in the day but anyone willing to take a stab at that set list now we have the new record? Assuming he does not go album by album like Day N Vegas and plays as long, here is my take. Crown - (chorus/outro) - (tape) Mr. Morale ELEMENT Wesley's Theory/For Fee King Kunta Swimming Pools (Drank) A.D.H.D Backseat Freestyle Savior/N95/family ties - (w/ Keem) LOYALTY Money Trees Die Hard Father Time - (/w Sampha) i LOVE Mirror m.A.A.d city Encore 1 BLOOD - (tape) DNA HUMBLE Encore 2 Count Me Out Alright Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe

Had to stop at 2 listens because my office clearly would not apricate K-dot day as much as I but 2 was enough to know this is nothing short of a master stroke of pure genius, 10/10.

Everything I can see is in defence of Kendrick and the song.
