  1. Apologies, I thought you were being sarcastic and assumed when you said nobody would miss the fireworks and mentioned the negative environmental impact that you weren't going to be a pyromaniac who knows all the best fireworks displays round the UK. It seems you actually are though so again, I apologise.
  2. Missing fireworks should they no longer be a feature at glastonbury and being willing to travel round the UK specifically to go and watch fireworks are probably slightly different things.

I think Glastonbury should put on less of the things I don't like and more of the things I do like because the stuff I like is better than the stuff the mere mortals are into, the beige c**ts.

Soz for calling you a mole m8. Meant it in the best possible sense of the word. Like grass. Or tout.

Didn't think Kylie was one of the dates the mole had given info on? Wasn't readyforsummer the mole?
  6. All the fireworks experts in today.
  7. This was my first Glastonbury and I was so unbelievably off my face, crawling round my tent through their set after going WAY too hard and not sleeping at all really the Wednesday or Thursday night.
  8. It's going to get played because she's dua Lipa and it was the first track on her return but it's nowhere near as interesting as previous output for me and unless the other stuff on the album is more interesting it will disappear faster and faster.
  9. It's just dead bland pop for me, nothing interesting about it. Wouldn't call myself a fan but I enjoyed the sound of the previous album with the synths and big bass lines. Houdini and that new one just start out meh and don't really go anywhere.
  10. That's what I'm hoping
  11. That new dua Lipa stuff is a miss for me again as was Houdini.
  12. Any idea where they might be playing?

Fred again to headline on next album? Didn't realize he was that big and despite all the hype, didn't really see the big fuss about his set last year. Maybe I'm a bit old for that carry on.
  14. That drone carry on looks decent but I'd be disappointed to see the end of the fireworks and setting stuff on fire tbh
  15. Aye I struggle to see where they'd fit in.
  16. Well that's a relief as nobody likes a racist
  17. I see Neil young and Crazy Horse have announced tour dates in the US which finish in May.

I thought Stevie Nicks was more in the category of hopeful rather than any real expectations based on any info? Is there more than hope? Also just for absolute clarity - when you say "doing it" are you referring to Glastonbury or BST?
  21. Bryan Adams - Summer of 69 Anyone - Boys of summer Mark McCabe - Maniac 2000 Love inc - You're a superstar Anything to do with the spice girls Sheeran - Galway girl Anything post Eminem show from him Americans
  22. I've definitely slowed down my Glastonburys more and more each year. Far more likely to stop and watch little things happening away from the big stages these days especially with the kids along for the ride. Agree theatre and circus is great and they will do loads of little bits and pieces around the wider site. Aim to do more aimless wandering is generally a good tip I reckon.
  23. I enjoyed Creation Stories by Alan McGee
