I really like Sigrid but she’s not a great live performer. Looks a bit uncomfortable.

Christ on a bike, Fenders good isn’t he? Only got into him recently and it’s a bit of a revelation.
-
It’ll be like the Stones again. I had mates texting me going ‘oh they sounded awful’ but I had an absolutely brilliant time.

Who’s Playing What Day? 2 Electric Boogaloo

No that’ll be fine. Noel is Saturday and Jarvis Sunday. -
I did that entirely without thinking. It was instinct.

Stereophonic would be an entirely understandable booking. I wouldn’t go and see them but that isn’t how the line up is decided.
-
No Joy Crookes? Plenty of others to see there though. West Holts never disappoints
-
Superb. Whole atmosphere was spot on. Sun was out after some dreadful weather, it all just clicked into place.
-
I didn’t see 2014 but 2011 was superb. I’ve seen them 5 times and that was by far the best one.
-
Can’t speak to your personal experience but generally they were well received in 2014 and especially 2011. Plenty have crashed and burned in that slot.
-
Weirdly so. As others have said there has to be a space for both Doja Cat and Elbow on the Glastonbury bill. The variety is one of the big selling points. There’s one other thing in defence of Elbow still getting a high up slot on the Pyramid. They’re one of the few acts who’ve successfully navigated the minefield that is Subbing the Pyramid.
-
Same here. In fact only ever seen them at Glastonbury 2010, which considering how many songs I know on the current tour setlist seems like an oversight. Perfect Sunday night set.

If Fender moves to my already clashtastic Friday I’ll be gutted
-
I didn’t go but there will be people here who will have wanted a Trigger warning before that post 😉
-
When U2 cancelled in 2010 I don’t think anyone here predicted Gorillaz
-
Difficult to know where to start with this Exactly this
-
There are other acts on the bill who can sub but she’s a pretty big loss if they can’t get a similarly big replacement.
-
There will be a lot more. Enthusiasm (or lack of) on Efests is generally a very bad predictor of crowd size.

Thinking out loud, That puts St Ettiene third top based on 2019 times-an exact match. So Arlo Parks and Khruangbin are second or fourth. Would Dry Cleaning be ahead of Confidence Man and Wet Leg? I wonder if they’ve just listed names but not necessarily the order. -
If she was subbing, there’s others on the hill who could sub. I’m thinking Fender, Elbow, Lorde, Wolf Alice. If our info was wrong and she was Orher headliner against Macca that could be trickier.

If they can get it off site past Joe Rush
-
Oh my stars. When they say ‘greatest hits tour’ they really mean it. That’s an amazing setlist. I’m seeing them in Glasgow so was wavering a little bit on the Glastonbury slot v Kendrick and Bicep but that’s just settled it I think. That’s perfect Sunday night headlining gear.

Absolutely horrible news. Really feel for the guy.
