  1. Gutting. Will all be good in June. Trust me I know things
  2. Aye. Really enjoying this
  3. Watch This is Pop on Netfix Really enjoyed each episode
  4. Been an odd day today , I am about half hour drive away. Glorious sunshine with fluffy clouds and warmth that makes you want to be outside, then dark pissing it down and having to put sleeves on. Nightmare to plan for with kids on holiday
  5. A lot of people staying at the campsite are saying there’s something special about these fields. I know! My father used to say that too you know, when we were kids and we wanted to go to Burnham on Sea or somewhere. He’d say, “Why do you need to go away on holiday? This is such a special place. There’s no point going anywhere else.” No one tell him his Dad just didn't want to take them to Burnham on Sea
  6. Loved Sean Lock. proper belly laughs watching him
  7. pinch of salt with that. Hoping they do of course but wonder if it is words at the mo. Plus they are different groups and in some parts of the country they have acted differently, according to reports
  8. Got to listen to the New Jade Bird Album over the weekend. Nothing ground breaking but very good if you like her. Off to see her at Rough trade this evening.
  9. Been listening to the Jungle album. As others have said it's very good
  10. Jade Birds new album out which will get a spin later Checked out the new Black Uhuru track on Spotify. WTF is going on there, proper messed up. The actual stream that is, I assume there should be an easy Reggae tune in there somewhere
  11. Feel exactly the same about them. really like what I hear from them
  12. Can't remember, what name is it under, or is it admScott
  13. Well it is easier to keep down and manipulate the uneducated
  14. Not sure it will be many people cup of tea but just bought the new Moth Equals album, downtempo electronica. Will wait for a starry night get a little spangled and get the headphones on. It also has a tune called pyjama shark which I shall be using on occasions. Here is the blurb Out of darkness, by magic' is a new collection of 12 electronic tracks, woven into a folk story about a witch, a pair of magic gloves, and an enormous shark with a penchant for eating stars. Samples include: Udmurt folk, Bollywood balladry, Okinawan serenades, Egyptian crooning and much more
  15. Aye Sadly I think you are correct. thought it might be the oh no 2 females thing. Hope Glastonbury rise above it. work with a chap that never goes and thinks it's no good unless they have a rock band at least on 2 nights, otherwise what's the point (He only really like rock music)
  16. I think you are correct, but a boy can dream. Imagine having 5 headliners#. They say Sunday Tea time Legend slot is another headliner, and often with bigger crowds
  17. Why do people think No Taylor as Billie is playing? Not sure I get that. Very different artists and maybe they will spoil us as it has been away for 2 years. did say for 2020 they would have headline size acts elsewhere and different times Elton on Saturday afternoon so he can see the crowd and warm up for Macca
  18. Think they will be ok. Didn't they say that because they cancelled this years early enough they would be fine. The Autumn one was a Michael thing I reckon he is always on about doing more now he is older

    Billie Eilish

I'm not convinced I would watch a headline set by her. Now I do love her stuff. loved her since Ocean eyes which my daughter switched me onto but not sure she would be my headliner for the evening on the Pyramid. I don't normally watch headliners there much anymore anyway, lost a bit of it's appeal for me with the crowds and the sound can sometimes not be good enough for me (I know that has changed) Still we shall see, depends on what mood I am in I guess. would have loved to have seen her in JP really, I know not possible now. she did say on the BBC doc that she had not realised how big and important Glastonbury was when she did it

    Billie Eilish

I kind of liked that she did it that way
  21. Certainly needs that global effort. hoping China will lead the way but very unsure on that. Hate those space tourism rockets (Although would love to go). When Branson was asked about the environmental impact his team came back with - Well all the experiments in space help the human race improve and achieve better results. Bullshit how does a short flight allow that you knob. yes space station stuff but not a 10 minute weightless thrill ride
  22. I do not hold out much hope, think there will be loads of promises. Hope I am wrong and some just don't think short term. We have the means to do it. Was listening to any questions the other day and the Tory woman was saying they will be investing heavily in the Green economy and jobs. When asked what she meant by green jobs she came back with - People who work in care jobs, that kind of thing. They all talk shit the lot of them
