My uneventful, non hack ticket story. I got through by typing in the URL and leaving it. I went back and it had the screen to click to go through to registration entering. I clicked it and went back in a queue and I left it to do its thing. Screen appeared, I was successful. I left it to very chilled out chance this year rather than hammering refresh and was very pleasantly surprised. Tickets for two of us secured at 0845

Yes we all camped together. I agree, the experiences were silly prices. It’s definitely not a festival you go to for the bursting full lineup but it was a nice, chilled and fun event. The cricket was a particular highlight.

The thing to remember is that not one teacher or member of school staff actually has an issue with a couple of days missed to do something amazing. Not one. There is a statutory rulebook that we have to play by, we can’t get away with not following it to the letter. That’s the only reason things are unauthorised or that fines are given out.

Does anyone know if they do day tickets?

I got mine Wednesday night and it was £70. It took me by surprise. They have work to do regarding the use of the showers there. I completely understand why they sell tickets so people can shower, but it had a hugely detrimental effect on the feel of the place. I love LH and have been going for many years.

Last year I really struggled with it and went this year planning for it to be my last. This year, much better. Felt safer and more managed.

Spent the majority of my weekend there.
