Could she headline or would her down tempo style not work? I thought Billie was rubbish last year and I enjoyed her set in 2019, if she can do it surely Lana could? Love almost all her stuff so maybe I'm biased.

I think they will give us more, Thom really looks like he's enjoying playing live with The Smile. Though the drummer is off doing his own thing as well so who knows. What happened to Ed did he release that solo album?

The Smile are great but it's feels like along time since the last RH album, I could do with another.

Yeah I don't think Arcadia would be good for his show either, id much rather IICON or West Holts, preferably the later.

What do people who’ve been before expect the ticket sale to be like this Friday? Will it be a Glasto style scrum or will it be more relaxed?

The live shows do look quite good, hopefully they put him on WH.

He's decent but that's all he is, I can see why he'd make a living off music but I don't understand what all the crazy hype is about and it mostly seems to be in the UK. He'd probably be good on WH though.

Presumably there is more to the lineup than what’s on the poster simulator Glasto? But yeah I’ve never been envious of Coachella lineups. Headliners we’re always crap but there’s usually be some good stuff on the undercard, this year I don’t even know most of the names.

I wonder who will replace Frank Ocean when he pulls out?

Felix Dickinson always closes that stage on Monday morning and since my first Glasto in 2016 I've always been there for his set, usually on my own because my mates are long gone to bed but it's always a special vibe, I hope they keep that tradition going.

I don't care what anyone says, that bus was a piss poor replacement for the epicness that was the Genosys, I really hope it was just temporary cost cutting post covid and the proper stage setup makes a return, it was so unique.

Of the big stages West Holts sound the best imo. The Other stage and pyramid can be affected by wind if you're far back. Of the smaller stages I think IICON probably has the best sound now. The old Funktion One setup on the old Glade Stage (rip) was the best on site but they've rejigged the glade and that stage is different now and I'm unsure if Funktion one are still doing any of the sound systems in the glade but would love to know if anybody has more info?

I think this year will be easier because of the price rise, main sale was still 50 quid so anyone who wanted to could still try their luck.

Dunno if this was posted already but they are sounding really good, what are the odds they appear somewhere?

The photos are lovely but I honestly can't tell what areas of the festival I'm looking at without tents and flags and crowds of people etc. Maybe if I was there in person id be able to navigate it better but id probably just be lost and disorientated.

I also think the old layout was better, but they can definitely fit a lot more people in there now which was probably necessary.

In the field you couldn’t really hear her, at least where I was stood anyway. That may have been by design. I think Elton’s voice is in slightly better nick. People on here said Macca’s voice was shot before last year but he sounded middling to good imo.
