They don’t likely target any single event or type of event but they clearly target events in general to cause as much disruption as possible. What’s the point of going on strike if nobody notices? Last year they chose the beginning of Glastonbury, this year it looks like they may choose something else.

I find it difficult to get excited about the Foo Fighters but I’m glad others will enjoy it if it is them.

It was late morning / early afternoon from what I remember but it wasn't much at all. The weather last year was great id take that again in a heartbeat. 2019 was too hot.

Isn't early June normally the time it really kicks up a gear and tents start appearing everywhere along with walkways, lights, fences etc?

I don't think Four Tet on IICON will be as busy as all you guys think it will, it clashes with loads of other things, he plays every year and that field is proper big now. I haven't bothered queueing for the temple in a few years but I will definitely be in there for that SPFDJ set.

Any tent big enough to stand up in will have to be a 4 person tent with rooms surely? You won't get a blackout one for less than £400 id have thought but I didn't look at prices. Are there any one man tents that you can stand up in? Never heard of that before.

I fly over Tuesday evening, hotel in Bristol and a bus to the site around 9am next morning. Usually in with tent pitched by lunchtime queue moves quickly. My group and I have no interest in oxlyers or pennards for camping, which is the only reason to queue overnight, we aim for rivermead or around there. I don’t fly back to Ireland afterwards I go to my parents in south of France for 5 days of R@R, then back to Ireland and back to work.

I’m 31 and wouldn’t consider it. If I was 21 maybe. When was the last time you did a full all nighter followed by a 5 day bender?
