  1. I think the line-up's better this year than last. That said, they only have one mega name (Billie) and I think they needed another tbh. Think the whole line-up is four or five impressive names short of being excellent. I think it'll sell well - day tickets for Imagine Dragons and Billie Eilish are at the highest tier so will be busy days. Only Mumford and Sons is still at the lowest tier - no great surprise there!
  2. Nine weeks to go...... Getting itchy fingers waiting for a significant scheduling update. Got a Sziget '23 playlist with 100s of songs on it. I need to know where acts clash so I can edit the playlist accordingly! Has @Sziget2023_Leaks abandoned us, or can he provide a bit of guidance?
  3. You'd think so but the 'reactions' on Facebook appear otherwise. 611 reactions with 360 'likes' and 226 'loves'
  4. Why have all the timings been removed from the acts' bios? I realise there were some mistakes but why let them go live in the first place if they were just going to take them down again? Also, why have Carson Coma on the main stage two years running? Unless they're going up the bill and playing between Easy Life and Yungblud? Are they massive in Hungary and other mainland European countries?
  5. That's probably no surprise at this relatively late stage, but that gap between Easy Life and Yungblud on the main stage is crying out for a 'name' act.
  6. Ten weeks to go tomorrow. Good time for an announcement......
  7. Had a response on another forum and it sounds like the remaining Main Stage / Freedome acts will be announced later this week.
  8. Anyone else just getting a lot of photos of acts but no schedule? EDIT: Ignore, I'm an idiot
  9. When do we think the final acts for the main stages will be announced? Only a couple of months away from the festival taking place, you'd assume they'd want a complete schedule to 'sell' to people.
  10. Those are two very different sized gaps to fill.
  11. I suspect that she's probably been sold to the festival bookers as the 'next big thing' who they can have at a very small fee, thus creating a 'bond' with the act should she actually become a big star in the future. Having listened to her, I'm not sure she will but it depends on how well she's managed. Baby Queen, on the other hand, sounds like she could be on the way up.....
  12. There are three opening slot gaps on main stage on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday. Suspect you're right that they'll go to Hungarian acts. However, the second act slot on Friday (the 'Wet Leg' slot as it will now be known) is also available. This is between Easy Life and Yungblud. I'm still hoping we get a recognisable act in this slot, someone like, say.....Wet Leg!
  13. Having Amber Run on Europe Stage will be great. Hope they don't clash with someone I want to see on Freedome or main stage.
  14. Perfect English buddy. Only act I know there is Amber Run. Be interesting what stage they play. Thanks for the update, will take a listen to others you've listed.
  15. Where are the times quoted on the website?
  16. Mistake on the app, will deffo be 75 mins.
  17. My ideal is that we get a decent sub for Mumford and Sons announced. Obviously, we won't get that, but it's nice to have dreams.
  18. Ah, my bad. I'm an idiot. Completely misread something. Sorry!
  19. ICYMI - Colosseum announcement Wednesday morning.
  20. You want Robin Schulz? You really should have mentioned this earlier....
  21. This is a really interesting article about Download, the UK rock festival. Two points to take from it: - Download is about to sell out for the first time in its 20-year history - They sold 35,000 'early bird' tickets before an act was even announced. This is ten times what they would usually expect to sell. Seems like some people aren't searching for the next big rapper, or EDM name of the month, or artist nobody's heard except an eight second clip that's gone viral on TikTok. Yeah, some people just like to see groups make music on stage together. The louder, the better. 22. I'm keeping my, ever hopeful, fingers crossed for a 'known' name sub to Mumford and Sons to boost day ticket sales. I'm almost certainly going to be let down.
  23. I'm still hoping that Wet Leg might sub Mumford and Sons but I suspect there's more chance of making a snowman in the Sahara.
  24. Is that the official announcement poster? It looks like it was made about 15 years ago.
