Well the lineup in terms of headliners would surely look super weird with only solo acts as the big names!

I don't think we get Doja Cat or Kylie Minogue because they would surely headline. And we already know the last big name is going to be a band and not a solo act.

Well in the past years they had a quite amount of acts from outside Europe playing on that stage, so I guess it was one of the reasons for the name change.

We had Ed Sheeran and Foo Fighters on the same lineup few years ago, sooo... almost anything is possible at Sziget, I guess.

Luckily they're in the US during Sziget 😁

Another band that would surely sell a lot of tickets very fast is Rammstein. They're doing an arena tour next summer and they have nothing scheduled after the 31st of July. I guess they can be convinced to play Sziget for the right price. What makes them unlikely however is that they use lots of pyro and other stuff, so I guess it would be complicated to organize the gig.

I think The Offspring and Placebo aren't Sziget headliner material anymore. So, from that list maybe only Maneskin. However, they were in Budapest last year. Paramore are also around. They are playing in Vienna on the 8th of August, less than 3 hours from Budapest by car. I know they're on a stadium tour with Taylor Swift but I wouldn't be surprised if they will presented as festival exclusives.

I'm watching No Doubt's 2nd week performance at Coachella... it's incredible how much energy Gwen Stefani has at 54, wow! I really hope the missing headliner it's them. It looks like an once in a lifetime chance to have No Doubt headline Sziget, it would be a great booking.

Yes, the fact that No Doubt might not be allowed to announce any other dates until Coachella ends. Blur might be in the same situation.

Coachella ends this weekend and Sziget announces a press conference for next week. 🤔 Now I really think we get No Doubt or Blur!

Well it would be funny if the missing headliner is a popular Hungarian rock band like Tankcsapda.

I don't know, maybe Fred Again and Sam Smith. I also think there are only 2 possibilities: they either have a big name left or they really messed up big time this year. Unlikely I guess, because Leaks already told us after the second announcement that the last headliner is a band and that the 3rd announcement is coming soonish.

They could be possible, but as I said before, they didn't sell out Budapest Arena the last time they played in Hungary.

Another long shot would be RHCP. They don't have anything scheduled after July 30. Paramore might still be an option too.

Yeah but not in Hungary. With Gorillaz, Damon Albarn played in Budapest 3 times between 2017 and 2018 (twice in 2017 and at Sziget in 2018), so he's a bit unpredictable. People also expected Blur to enter another hiatus again because that's what Albarn said in December but their Coachella booking was another surprise.

I like them but I don't know if Sziget would risk to book them because when they played in Budapest in 2018, they barely sold all tickets for Budapest Sport Arena.

He would definitely headline if Sziget had him but he's not a band, so I guess it's unlikely He also plays in Budapest on the 30th July, so he's out. I'm also rooting for No Doubt and Blur. The Strokes and Maneskin would be also okay but they wouldn't amaze me as much as No Doubt or Blur would do. QOTSA are fine too but they will be already at another festival I'm going to (Electric Castle), so I hope we get something better. 😁
