  1. I'm getting a RATM day ticket, really hoping they book Loathe as well - that new album is something special.
  2. Pretty much zero mate, they'd be a headliner if they were playing.
  3. As someone unfamiliar with his solo stuff - which album should I start with?
  4. I think it was "I'm sure the EDM dance tent will still be open when we've finished!" was what put me off.
  5. It's a shame the Roses never came round on their reunion tbh
  6. Sounds like you're a bit sensitive if the downvotes ticked you off fella.
  7. 1. American status 2. ???? 3. Female obviously
  8. Gotta say I was a big fan of his music as well. Imagine throwing away a career like this, he just had the collab with Gorillaz, has worked with Brockhampton and Skepta and was recording with IDLES - booked for a good slot at R+L, nominated for a Mercury and now because he's been a creep his careers over. Hope this is a lesson to other dickheads in the music industry.
  9. Boot KSI off for sticking up for the c**t (and constantly releasing a flurry of utter piss music while you're at it).
  10. Jesus, what an absolute prick. Good to see 99% of people calling out this and fair play to the bloke in the crowd who called him out. Can't imagine his career coming back from this at all.
  11. Eminem, Arctic Monkeys, Bring Me the Horizon
  12. Anyone else made to feel like a boomer having a scroll through this lineup? I haven't heard of a lot of the acts.
  13. Sadly found the new one a bit dull. That 'Can I borrow a feeling?'-esque track was awful as well.
  14. I hope you're American because otherwise that's the wettest comment I've read on here.
  15. 1. Black Midi - schlagenheim 2. Richard Dawson - 2020 3. Tyler, the Creator - IGOR 4. James Blake - Assume Form 5. Weyes Blood - Titanic Rising 6. Fontaines D.C. - Dogrel 7. Big Thief - U.F.O.F. 8. Slowthai - Nothing Great About Britain 9. Weatherday - Come In 10. Lizzo - Cuz I Love You
  16. She can fuck off but I don't get what this has to do with Glastonbury?

    Kendrick Lamar

People who don't go to Glastonbury complain because they don't understand, sometimes people I talk to genuinely seem to believe there are about five stages and you have to watch the headliners. Here's a conversation with some guy I know (and actively dislike) 'Did you see Adele mate? Looked really boring on TV.' 'I'm not really a fan to be honest, I went to see New Order' 'It must have been annoying with her and Coldplay' Like what the hell? I just said I didn't see her but that's apparently not enough.
  18. 1. Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy 2. Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly 3. IDLES - Joy As An Act of Resistance 4. Richard Dawson - Peasant 5. Slowdive - Slowdive 6. David Bowie - Blackstar 7. James Blake - James Blake 8. Danny Brown - Atrocity Exhibition 9. iceage - Plowing Into the Field of Love 10. Frank Ocean - Blonde
  19. 'Did you know 4.6 million children are in poverty this Christmas? Kind of regret voting Tory now.' 'Oh don't worry mate, a few hundered students are protesting in London tonight.' 'Really? Doesn't matter then! The guilt is gone.'
  20. There has been no violence tonight, if people take this as a sign their vote was right, then it's true, they don't care about policy, they just want an enemy to oppose. 'I'll show them' is basically it.
  21. Seen no actual rioting? Doesn't matter - we need someone to criticise! What's that? We're cutting pupil funding again - quick! Look over there! It's Antifa!!!!
  22. Lol I literally on the last page said the Antifa boogeyman was coming and now here it is. It doesn't matter what your parents think of """""Antifa"""""" - Labour have lost for a generation anyway. People will concentrate on shit like this because opposing the Government has become impossible.
  23. There's nothing at all we can do, the Tories have won both this and the next election with a majority so large. We will become essentially a one party state, the Tories will create the illusion of a healthy democracy by moving on to more cultural grievances - they will respond to celebrties on Twitter with #epic clapbacks about champagne socialism etc. and the press will lap it up. They will focus on things like transgender bathrooms and Antifa to look good to their boomer base. Politics will become culture more and more and Labour will never see Government for the foreseeable future. Scotland and Northern Ireland will leave and be called traitors by our Government and press. It's going to be a daft, ridiculous dystopia. It's over.
  24. The attitude of some is that Corbyn can never fail, only be failed.
