Never heard of Núria Graham before.. but I’m into it. Hey, I guess this idea is working ha
I think she was there in 2018?

Rage Against The Machine headlined the very first Coachella as well as 2007. This would be their third appearance at the festival.

I do find this a bit amusing and paradoxical of them

I cannot see Primavera Sound booking any of Green Day, Fall Out Boy, or 2019 Weezer lol

I remember reading that there are fireworks on the Wednesday night. Can we expect Wednesday fireworks this year? Where and when? I don't see much about it.

I really need Nina Kraviz' set...there were a couple tracks she played I need ID'd
-
Also Primavera coming to Los Angeles (my next of the woods) in September 2020. Interesting...

you're right, i've enjoyed listening to hatchie, cuco, and now mow from my desk here at work in california. just seems like a downgrade from previous years.
-
WTF, then it's not a "live" stream lol. I remember watching Afghan Whigs live a couple years ago...this sucks
-
What's up with the livestream? It looks like they're just re-playing sets from yesterday. Is there another channel I'm missing?

JPEGMafia at 3 in the morning is going to be a hell of a thing.
He played relatively early in the afternoon this year at Coachella lol.

She was 40 min late at Coachella (I was there) - worked fine for us as we were just walking by at the right time to catch the beginning. But I'd be pissed if I was there early/right on time though and she made me wait 40 min when there's a zillion other (probably better) things to catch.

awful festival like Coachella
lol there's plenty of lineup overlap between Coachella and Primavera, and the former is in many ways more well-run than the latter.

I'm in the same boat as rockyloop - very disappointed at the lack of Camplight and Cosy Camper - and we have no plans to abandon our gear at the site. Unfortunate that they have done away with these very useful services!

I was at Primavera last year and I go to Coachella every year. Primavera crowds were every bit as chatty, at times it seemed worse (Belle & Sebastian sticks out) but idk
-
Bump - the two person scout tents at Worthy View don't include any sleeping bags/pillows/etc, correct? Just the tent itself?
-
Cosy Camper will not be back this year. I was worried about this...I've been corresponding with them via Facebook because I'm coming from California and their service would have proved invaluable. Anyway, they just messaged me...it's 4am here and I'm quite anxious now. Are there any other alternatives that people know of?

I don't post much but here in California, stumbling across the news this morning really gutted me. Seeing The Prodigy had risen up my bucket list over the years since buying the Fat of the Land CD in the late 90's but I just never had a chance to see hem. It seemed like this might finally be the year. To hear this news, AND read that they were booked for my first Glasto (it would be the first lineup announcement this year to really excite me)....ugh. Really hope they're able to pull off some kind of tribute performance or something. Could be something special in light of the really sad circumstances.

We will be leaving California for the UK on 18 June, about 9 days before the festival. Should we choose Box Office Collection or international post? We will be traveling around England for about a week before arriving at Glasto via National Express coach. Is the box office by the coach drop off? Are the queues on Wednesday large?
The Glasto website says "It is expected that you will receive your tickets at least 14 days before the Festival starts" (still cutting it a bit close) but also "If it is likely you will set off for the Festival more than 28 days before the event commences, please select the option for ‘Box Office Collection’ when paying your ticket balance." It sounds like we could receive our tickets in late May but still not sure I want to travel around England for a week with them.

That's amazing. Haha I had no idea there was a direct shuttle to Glastonbury the town, from the festival. This relieves a lot of stress. Thanks!!

What's the best way to get to Glastonbury town on the Monday following the festival? We are coming from California for the first time and would like to rest/do laundry/see the town before carrying on with the rest of our trip. We plan on taking the National Express coach one-way from Bristol to the festival on the Wednesday and would like to get to Glastonbury town on the following Monday by midday or so. Any suggestions?
From what I've gathered there is the 669 operated by FromeBus that picks up in Pilton and travels to Glastonbury town along the A361. However I have no clue how this will be affected by departing traffic. Alternatively per Google Maps, it seems we could take the shuttle to Castle Cary Station and then take a couple buses. Any input is appreciated as we are hoping to book a room in Glastonbury town ASAP, but only if this is feasible.

Well this being my first time attending....everything up to Spiritualized was great, but the crowds after were pretty horrific.
