  1. I think it just means the person that's running the social media didn't get the memo lol
  2. I don't think we can judge the forecast yet (even tho it's in 3 days) - I see several websites showing completely different things. Last year there was some rain and I don't think there were any problems in the campsite and festival
  3. I opened QOTSA just to see the crowd size, can't turn it off now - it's amazing
  4. The mix on the other stage stream sounds so much better than the Pyramid one
  5. QOTSA started, it's not empty but not a lot of people either. Looks like a crowd at 3pm
  6. I can't understand 90% of the words he's singing. The crowd seems really into it and the energy can be felt through the screen as well
  7. QOTSA is going to be amazing. I'm assuming everyone will know every word
  8. Seeing Viagra Boys in a bar a few years ago in front of like 200 people was one of the best gigs I saw in my life
  9. Is iplayer later than tv? Wanted to catch up and GnR just finished Patience but it seems it was already over
  10. I think that the setlist is amazing. I don't want to see men in the late 30s sing songs from the first 2 albums
  11. The audio mix is terrible for AM. The worst so far of everything I heard today and I listened the whole day as a radio

    Guns n Roses

I went to the festival, I have no idea what the first guy was doing there lol The whole festival was pretty flawless from the organizational stand point Axl's voice was pretty poor, he lost weight and is in a good form, he runs around 80% of the time but I guess his voice is now gone for good. Much worse than in 2017 when I last saw him. Slash was carrying that show pretty hard
  13. No, you can get a great spot by being there while the subheadliner is playing. 70% people will leave as they finish and you'll get a good 5th row spot First/second row is the only hard one and people camp there
  14. That was pretty great! @SweetJesus I wanted to send you a message to maybe get a beer or something during down time but I completely forget about the existence of the outside world (and this forum lol) - I did meet a group of Croats where one older guy had a whole a national team jersey and talked for like 10 seconds lol To me it seemed like all 3 "newer" bands that subheadlined proved they can headline in the future. Ghost (which I don't like in the studio), Gojira and Parkway Drive all put on an amazing show. Especially Gojira and Parkway Drive. But maybe I'm just romanticizing as I saw both in like 200 people rooms several times over the years lol From other big bands - GnR were good expect Axl's voice, he seems he lost weight and is running around like 30 years ago but his voice is just gone, Slash and the setlist carried that show, even tho it was 3h it seemed tight to me. Def Leppard was a good performance, the best of the classic rock era bands but I still hate those songs. Motley Crue were just cringe, if Axl can't sing anymore then I don't know how to describe that, 90% of the words weren't even pronounced fully. Those 2 girls are probably there so you forget about everything else. Slipknot, I thought the mix was really letting them down, I enjoyed the 2nd half quite a bit more than the first half. But almost all of my highlights came from the smaller bands and stages - Code Orange, Katatonia, Behemoth (it was funny how their facepaint melted by the end in the sun), The Chats, Greg Puciato, Chelsea Grin... Also, that Saturday seemed way busier than the rest even tho everything was sold out
  15. Prepare for the more expensive food. At Graspop everything that was 2 is now like 2.2, what was 4 is 4.5 etc. And it's pretty much the same options at both
  16. 1/1, a ton of people leave between each act at main stage. Just make sure to make your way up to the gate in front around the time MGK finishes. They'll then let people out for 5-10 minutes and then let people in for 5-10 minutes
  17. I still don't get the hate against Maneskin? Not the best or the most innovative band ever but I don't get it
  18. I understand some of the Calvin Harris hate as it's completely opposite of pretty much every headliner Primavera had so far. I don't get Maneskin hate to be honest, I don't see them as any different than a lot of other mainstream rock acts that played high in the previous years
  19. Pop punk or punk in general is a bit different. Blink's 90 minute show is actually long for that genre. A lot of other bands when they headline play 55-70 minutes (except Green Day, they do 2h+ lol)
  20. As a huge F1 one that has been to several EU races (Austria, Italy, Hungary, Germany (RIP) and Belgium) - it's known as one of the worst circuits to visit due to to organization around the track, things like the lack of water and overcrowding. It's probably a good place to visit if you're missing Primavera 2022 experience
  21. I don't think they play the songs slower than on the record in general, it's more that Alex is singing slower and out of time on purpose which makes it like that
  22. I don't think Blur sold well in the EU 10 years ago either if I remember correctly
  23. QOTSA has a new song out, album in June. Sounds good to me, I like the production way more than for the last one
  24. I think they would cancel that in order to headline Werchter lol But I was joking regardless of that. Kings of Leon is my pick
