I recall 'the year that never happened' was announced on my birthday. I was both buzzing having a stellar line up of Paul McCartney, Kendrick Lamar and Taylor Swift and gutted because I knew it was never really going to happen! Although rumours are nowhere near as good as these, i'd still love a bday announcement please.

I found it extremely easy to sneak spirits in last year using pouches. I had a bottles worth of Captain Morgans each day while my wife had a bottle of Malibu in pouches attached to her. I even went off site on the Saturday to the local Sainsburys to get another bottle to dispense into pouches. Note, I did not drink all of this myself! However, let's just say...Kaisers into Kasabian was a massive party for us!! Only festival cost I really had was buying some coke from ice cream vendors.

Us too. Was waiting on where the Kooks would land so pleasantly surprised it was the Sunday. Think that's going to be our day this year too!

Absolutely! I never understand it either. They have so much potential and I feel this is part of why it never sells out weekend or even day tickets either. That and the fact that getting to the festival is so costly with the shuttle buses etc.

Are we thinking The Kooks could be special afternoon guest this year? Playing literally ever other Superstruct festival. Also wonder if we'll get a 'secret' set from anyone this year as they seemed very happy with how McFly went last year.

Ahhh the year that never happened. I remember the line up dropping and knowing right away that it was never actually going to happen and being pissed off. A decent line up where i'd actually have spent 3 nights at the Pyramid for once.
