  1. Saw Elton - no regrets. Would have loved to have seen Queens but seeing them at Mad Cool this weekend and shall see them on at their o2 show, so definitely have plenty of chances to see them.

Just hope they are as good at Mad Cool as they were at Glastonbury!

  2. I'd rather see a "pure" Four Tet dj set for the music but I did go to 2 of the London b3b shows and they were a lot of fun. Full of stupid moments with extremely commercial music.

I'd go to the b3b on Arcadia assuming it's at the right time for me clash-wise but I'll absolutely be leaving my brain outside the field for it.

  3. Turned on the stream for Bad Bunny when Post Malone was with him. Technical issues with the guitar.

Big Tricky with Beyonce vibes. Except it was like there was 2 Trickys having no idea what to do.

It’s also like they miked up the smoke machine rather than Post Malone’s guitar.

If you knew how bad the clashes actually are it would warrant going the second weekend to see everyone you would miss.  Thats if you actually bothered to listen to the lineup.

I listen to enough music on that lineup to know that it’s not for me. That’s fine - it’s not like I’m going to the festival this year.

No need for your snide comments.

I've just been offered a refund. the annoying thing is that it's probably going to be really difficult to get standing for this gig now they've ballsed this up as everyone who's got seats is going to be after them!

My ticket I got from seetickets was a standing and has remained so. But the other 4 are ones I got for mates and now in the seats. Think I'm going to keep them unless I can somehow find standing, at which point I will demand a refund. Will probably swap with one mate so at least they don't get messed over but it's clearly another f*** up by ticketmaster, who absolutely will not accept responsibility.

May even end up going to my bank after the show and make a dispute - clearly been mis-sold tickets.

2 dates at brixton merging into 1 at wembley arena. brixton is probably 4k standing at each night vs like 6k tops at wembley arena standing for a single night? There's no way SSE's standing area is over 2x the size of brixton's

if its 1 brixton night to 1 wembley then its on purpose as it means they can sell the more in demand standing tickets again and just fuck over people who already bought tickets

splitting you up is a joke, if they won't change to standing just cancel them all and rebook i guess. I got a full refund (they even turned my gift card i used into real cash! suckers!)

The fact that they waited until 2 weeks before the gig to do this is the biggest pain.

There were actually standing tickets available with AXS this morning! If I knew any earlier, I would have got the standing tickets from them and demanded a refund from ticketmaster.

has anyone here had their gig moved to a different venue (brixton academy => Wembley arena), originally bought standing tickets and had their tickets changed to seating?

this has just happened to me and i'm quite upset! is there any way around this? ticketmaster customer service is just speaking to a robot

Done this to me as well. Gone from 4 standing tickets to 4 seated tickets in 3 different areas.

Ticketmaster being absolutely useless. How do you manage to oversell a standing area which is more than twice the size of the original venue?

  8. Quite funny that APE have got a band who supported Billie Eilish last year at the O2 Arena to headline their festival.

A band who were THE SUPPORT for an arena artist - not even the headliner.
Nonetheless, looking forward to the freebies.

I thought it said the final was from £160-£380? As much as I would love to go to a Eurovision final, I guess it's a once in a lifetime experience in this country, there's no way I'm paying that unfortunately.

Tickets for the Afternoon Previews are £30 to £80 for Semi Finals 1 & 2, and from £80 to £190 for the Grand Final.

Tickets for the Evening Previews are £60 to £210 for Semi Finals 1 & 2, and £100 to £280 for the Grand Final.

Tickets for the Live Televised Shows are £90 to £290 for Semi Finals 1 & 2, and from £160 to £380 for the Grand Final.

I know not technically Blur but is Damon, did anyone go to this? I'm not sure what happened but looking at some of the comments it sounds like Alan Carr turned up three sheets to the wind then wrapped it up after 20 minutes. Sounds like Damon and Jamie made of it what they could though and stuck around signing some things.

I went; they spent 10 (out of 20) minutes talking about Damon stealing Jamie's underwear for 10 mins.
I don’t think Alan was drunk. I think it was probably just his exuberant nature combined with asking questions to two brick walls.

  11. Got a mad cool sunset ticket for Rage Against the Machine. Tour got cancelled as we all know. Festicket went into administration.

Festival doesn’t know who got money back or not (I got cashback from my bank).
So they’re giving anyone who bought a ticket through festicket a free weekend ticket.

Not a bad result for me!

  12. Another Madonna show at the o2 added on the 5th December.

Saw on AXS that the 4th show was going to be "final show added" but not surprising at all that she's doing another show. Just hope there aren't a bunch of cancelled (or partially cut) shows like on the last tour.
