  1. camping is fine, very close to the Main Stage (like 5-7 minutes walk), with hot shower facilities (you need to pay extra for these on site) small convenience store and a few food trucks with breakfast and lunch/dinner options. It would be very hard now to find a hotel for a decent price and in a good location (Gdynia, Gdansk or Sopot), but you can always try - just make sure a hotel is close to one of the SKM train stations. There are train connections from Krakow and Warsaw, so it wouldn't be a big problem, unless you're coming too late. The train trip from Krakow to Gdynia takes around 6-8 hours probably, and from Warsaw to Gdynia - 3-5 hours. You can check the train schedule here: https://rozklad-pkp.pl/en
  2. You know that or is it just the guess?
  3. Quite strange they are announcing Tent Stage names, while there is still only one act for Main Stage on Saturday...
  4. Kasabian, Roisin Murphy, and SBTRKT all out (just announced for Fest Festival)
  5. It's basically everywhere, on their website and social media posts. Not sure what it means though... +Ezra Collective (great!), ZULU, Deki Alem, and Ash Olsen
  6. Thursday headliner! Quite a surprise, and a special European summer festival appearance
  7. Let's hope it won't get worse once they announce the remaining names 😉
  8. in fact she has some dates during our week: https://factoryinternational.org/whats-on/janelle-monae-mif23/ - a three-night residency in Manchester (June, 30 - July, 2). Guess she could come by on 28th...
  9. They are still possible, playing 27th in Amsterdam and 30th at Roskilde. And if you look at who's touring and available, they seem to be the only realistic option for a sole headliner.
  10. I'd say it's less likely, no dates in our weekend, maybe she's only available from the week after. On the other hand, Fred Again.. not playing Roskilde makes it more likely he'll play Open'er (still available on Wednesday and Thursday). And we didn't get any answers regarding our last headliner. Looks like Lana may be exclusive for Glastonbury? So the only realistic options right now are Blur or some co-headlining structure.
  11. 69 new names including: Lizzo (US) (Saturday headliner) D-Block Europe (UK) Latto (US) Blæst (DK) Busta Rhymes (US) Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul (BE) Electric Wizard (UK) Greentea Peng (UK) Loyle Carner (UK) Rokia Koné (ML) Two Shell (UK) Uncle Waffles (ZA) Young Lean (SE)
  12. maybe some fall arena tour since the majority of summer festivals already have full line-ups? BTW, as we're waiting for the next announcement, we may rule out some acts recently announced for other Polish festivals or solo gigs: Interpol, Ben Howard, Tash Sultana, Bonobo, Pusha T, Jockstrap, Spiritualized, Sofi Tukker, Lil Uzi Vert, Black Country, New Road, Franz Ferdinand, Alt-J.
  13. It means QOTSA will take 20:00 slot 😞
  14. 5-6 names for Main Stage, 4 names for Tent Stage, 7 names for Alter Stage (more or less)
  15. That's just standard for Open'er, they're always the last to complete their line-up (it usually happens in June).
  16. and Japanese Breakfast, hope we will get them both
  17. Maybe we'll get something at 12:00pm...
  18. He's just had a gig in Warsaw and was at Krakow Live Festival last year (both gigs were organised by Alter Art, Open'er promoters). So I don't know if that's not too much already? 😛 But wouldn't rule him out yet.
  19. Really hoping we'll get Fred Again.., perfect act to close the Main Stage on Wednesday or Thursday.
  20. Seems Lana will be around: https://www.theguardian.com/music/2023/mar/03/arctic-monkeys-guns-n-roses-elton-john-all-male-glastonbury-headliners-a-pipeline-problem-says-emily-eavis
  21. what day could they play at RW? Can't really see any spot available for them.
  22. No chance Open'er would book them
  23. The Hu are playing somewhere else in Poland this summer and I think that Spoon are quite busy during Open'er.
