  1. No I didn't know it existed but just looked it and will try to watch this weekend
  2. Get Matt, Luke and the other one (Craig?) back together as Bros... although I'd imagine Avalon would not be nearly big enough!
  3. Thought I had got myself emotionally stable enough to watch this back on the iplayer… turns out I haven’t! 😭

    Glastocam!

When do the screens go up, doesn't seem to be happening any time soon. Always thought they were up by the time I arrive on a Wednesday but maybe not🤔

    Worthy FM

if you're using a desktop, use the listen on mobile tab which works. The desktop tab doesn't!
  6. Yep Tuesday "worker" here. Started early in the hope of finishing early but that will depend on how much time I spend on these forums and watching the webcam!
  7. Emily Eavis on Changes podcast with Annie Mac today. Good section on the infrastructure!
  8. Dropping the kids off for breakfast club, getting annoyed at the teacher because she is 25 seconds late! before heading back to load the car and heading off to site collecting friends on the way. Don't worry my wife will be collecting the kids later!!
  9. Not sure if this is the best place for this post... Just about to listen to Annie Mac's changes podcast. This and next weeks episode's are Glastonbury related with this week's guest being Roisin Murphy and next Monday's being Emily Eavis... will we get any hints, secrets??
  10. More of a personal predicted moment. I always go with friends, my wife has no interest in going, so my wife and kids will be at home. Whilst I am extremely excited to be going, I will of course miss my family. Following the announcement that Olivia Rodrigo will be shown live on the BBC, and as the kids love her, made a plan yesterday that I will watch and send a pic of my location so they can look out for me on the TV (i know it's unlikely they will actually spot me but made the kids excited). Will be special knowing they're watching the same thing as me, even if we are not together.
  11. I suppose it makes Thursday decisions a little easy, potentially only missing one act I may want to see rather than 2 if I decide to be elsewhere on site
  12. Don't think this has been mentioned previously, but just noticed on the official line up page that there is only one TBA at Williams Green on the Thursday showing now. Swear it was 2 before? THURSDAY GUILTY PLEASURES 23:30 - 02:00 OLD DIRTY BRASSTARDS 22:30 - 23:30 ELVANA 21:10 - 22:10 TBA 19:45 - 20:25 MICHAEL EAVIS AND BAND 18:45 - 19:20 MELANIE C 17:30 - 18:30 DEPTFORD NORTHERN SOUL CLUB'S SUMMER OF SOUL 16:30 - 17:30 SUMMER OF SOUL 14:30 - 16:30
  13. Ha… I’ve done the exact same thing today! Made sure it’s next day delivery
  14. Yep... i think my group will split 50/50 as well so think it will come down to a last minute decision.
  15. Just heard Porridge Radio on 6 music and reminded me they clash with Olivia Rodrigo which sucks. More likely i will be able to catch PR in the future than ORod so she wins out.
  16. Any chance The Mysterines could be one the tbc’s Thursday? Massive GSH in their schedule, I thought they would be cert for JPT.
  17. Very excited about Porridge Radio, my biggest find efests recommendation. Was really hoping for The Chats to on here... i think they were on the 2020 poster. At least it avoids another potential clash.
  18. Hoping Mysterines and the Chats get added, tour dates suggest realistic chance. Unrealistically hoping for spiritualised.

    Foals

Just listened to a podcast with Jimmy from the band and he mentions at the end about Glastonbury and how much he is looking forward to it, how happy he is with the slot they have been given and it's one they have always wanted. Assume referring to headlining the other stage.

    Block 8

This made me laugh perhaps more than it should!!
  21. Probably the band I had seen live the most when they originally split up. Really tempted to see them again but it depends on clashes as this year I am trying to stick to a plan of seeing bands I've never seen before. That plan will more than likely be tossed as soon as I walk through the gates though!!
  22. I have recently discovered a podcast called off the beat & track. It's a really good listen and discuses records and music that influenced artists, actors, producers etc. This weeks guest is Darren Emerson which I thought might interest some on here.
  23. 1997 or 1998 can't tell which, all the photos i have, just have mud everywhere!
  24. Ha my picture is beardless but like many now have a lockdown beard that has stayed and unlikely to go anytime soon. Have been getting the fear with the ticket and even contemplated taking trimmers in case i need to shave it off at the gates!! Have now given my head a wobble and told myself not to be so dramatic!!
  25. Those anti day bag have never experienced the anguish of your stash spilling out of your over full pockets into the mud of a 1998 Glastonbury
