No. Kings is the access gate for those staying at Worthy View and is not open to others. And if you're not using a local taxi you need to use the official drop-off point on the Evercreech road

Thank you for the reply. I will be using a local Taxi, they will be picking me up from Old Oaks Touring Park.

I SHOULD have done it in 1997 when my mates got cold feet.  Then I SHOULD have done it in 2003 when my mates bought a house and had no cash.  In the end I bottled it both times and now kick myself.

I've solo bimbled about loads when the group splits to see different things and I always end up chatting with strangers.  Had some of the best fun of my life doing it.

Go for it.  You'll love it.

I have tried for 12 years to get a ticket, then when the time came I reached to all my friends...nope none wanna go.  sod it, so I tried and got one.  I am looking forward to it, quietly nervous only because of the total unknown 🙂

  3. Wednesday I am gonna try find Ridge and Furrow cos someone reached out to me as a virgin to meet up for a beer then see where Glasto takes me. Have taken all your advice on board and taken a lot of it away with me as good advice. I am not a newbie to Festivals only Glasto. I can not wait to come and have fun. My flag will tell you I am flying solo lol

1 - get to know your tent neighbors. it's good manners, and it makes us all a little more secure.

2 - use the property lock ups and donate to them if you are able.

3 - pace yourself - physically, mentally.  you're meant to have fun not exhaust yourself.

4 - break out of your comfort zone in some way.  you won't regret it.

    you're gonna have a blast

Awww thank you, great advice 🙂
