  1. Had a door last few times. Initially I think it was more open
  2. Female showers were bigger - security asked for them to be swapped at one point but was told no.
  3. Been WV every year since it started. Car park and tents still work well and good quality. Wheelbarrow helpers were fab Hill was ok for me and my group in decent footwear but can see the dangers. Actually found it easier (less physically exerting) then the steps. Eating area seems more condensed and tents much closer but I’ve never really used them as usually walk into the site. The general store with fresh milk was great though for easy cheap breakfast. Shower queue as per standard for men and toilets were kept clean (although queues were quite long for them). Site seemed pretty quiet at night, clean and no trouble. If I go again I would stay unless Sticklinch is a better option.

    Food prices

In relation to other festivals I’ve been to this year the Glastonbury options were remarkably well priced and much better quality/options. No complaints here. Might be just me but found there to be far more vegetarian and vegan places/options than before. Is the festival trying to ensure a 50:50 split? And could we see the start of a meat free day - maybe Thursday?
  5. Unfortunately this will be my last one as I don’t have the energy to get full value out of the festival anymore. Hardly did any of the late night stuff and the day music becomes more similar to one day vibes you can get at APE etc… The music options are still unreal as well as all the other stalls and events going on. I just don’t experience them enough now and my group of people I know as dwindled down to 4 from 40+ and the start many years ago! I can’t justify spending close to £1k next year for me and GF to go when I could go abroad to new place on holiday instead and experience a completely different culture.
  6. Crisps. Assume banned because no recycling option. Didn’t find the slope in WV that bad with decent walking boots but agree in the rain it would have become dangerous. WV as a whole felt much more crowded as they have pushed the tents closer to the eating areas. Not great for those placed in those ones. Urinals seemed smaller to me around the whole site. Not sure why Agree on the wood - I’m sure last time there was sections with large fires where you could sit around too near the bar. Didn’t find the new teapot place though so maybe the funds went into that instead? Avalon Cafe
  7. Can’t believe after all the stress the weather has pretty much been perfect
  8. Anyone know Strummerville TBA this evening?
  9. It was horrible. Managed to get out after Sports Team. But the people were just streaming in for Ezra. Madness
  10. Wednesday and Thursday seem way more busy this year to me then previous years. The crowd does feel a lots less interesting and a lot more gentrified (to coin a phrase from the documentary the other day)
  11. How is my iPhone app forecast so different from BBC prediction?
  12. There is a pharmacy on site that should have OTC stuff (never been in mind)
  13. Rollercoaster still rolling….
