Pretty much what's saidnabove. My T5 has neither cooking nor washing up facilities. However it has a full width bed, curtains etc. and "looks" like a camper. Noone has batted an eyelid at it If you're concerned I'd drive in with your bed down and fully made up, curtains closed etc. I can't imagine anyone would pull you up, as Smeble said they're trying to avoid people turning up in panel vans with a mattress thrown in the back.
