  1. For the southerners, specifically Hampshire: The Joiners, and Wedgewood Rooms both deserve an honourable mention. Think the Joiners won a best small venue award a few years back.
  2. Just realised: Only 6 days to go until this epic ultra running masterpiece is released from eFest’s very own @Superscally https://www.waterstones.com/book/becoming-forrest/rob-pope/9780008472511
  3. Tickets procured ✅ edit: £11 each. Bargain. @Brave Sir Robinyouve seen WL live, right?
  4. I’m assuming the bouncy floor didn’t get a workout though 😉
  5. I’m gonna snap up a couple of tickets for the Wedgewood Rooms in Pompey in that case. Only 400 capacity.
  6. Crikey. Where would they play then? I had Williams Green in my head, but are we thinking early Park or WH?
  7. Not sure if this has been mentioned yet: More Wet Leg tour dates released for next April / May. Would love to see them on the farm.
  8. Not invisible either. I can distinctly see them in that tour poster photo. It's more 'Where's Franny?'

Whilst it'll never reach the dizzying heights of BettingSlipGate, Henry, I concede my hindsight may have been dulled with a tinge of nostalgia.
  10. Ba-dum, tshh. I'm googling them now. I feel a Shampoo deep dive coming on...
  11. Guest Act at University of London Union Freshers Fayre around 1993. Think Daphne and Celeste at Reading Festival...

Showed your age there, Hugh. As have I in responding.
  15. Was surprised to learn Morgana Robinson's half-sister is Brody Dalle.
  16. Ok. How about "The QAnon-Style Goalpost Move-y Thread of Uncertainty RE: Acts Unlikely To Be At Glastonbury 2022"?
  17. What about 'Thread Unlikely To Be Correct About Acts Unlikely To Be At Glastonbury 2022'?
  18. Very. 🙂 I've gone from being a non-runner who saw people out running and thought, "Ugh. WTF are they doing?! Awful people!" To being a runner and seeing people out running who are proper runners and thinking, "Ugh. How TF do they go that quickly?! Awful people!" And now find myself going to a Mountain and Running Festival...to run...and realising, "Oh my god, I'm a complete w*nker! How did this happen???!!!***" 😆🤣😂 ***I squarely blame @Superscally, just for the record.
  19. Well done!!! All you people posting these amazing times...i dunno!

In all my years of going to Glastonbury I can genuinely say I've never heard so many people complaining as I did about Kanye when I wandered back to my tent at the front of Row Mead to re-supply. I'd spent all that afternoon / evening at the Park and walked back after Jon Hopkins headlined. I was walking against a tide of people returning from (leaving?) Kanye - not sure if the park finishes before the Pymild headliner or not - and it was an audible bow wave of vocal disappointment. Made me a bit sad for those people to be honest. Impossible to tell if they were disappointed fans of KW or casual fans who'd come to see what all the fuss was about. Never known anything like it.
  21. I got lost during Andover Trail Marathon. Which is VERY well sign posted and marshalled. And it's my local marathon. Along routes i regularly run. And i've run it three times before!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 You say that but i was leading this year's Salisbury Plain Marathon at one point, which was a first. Unfortunately it was only for about the first 10 metres due to being a turn up and run at any time between 8 and 8.30am!
  22. Trail rather than road, and definitely not flat, but Beachy Head Marathon is an absolute blast. Beautiful route too.
