Sunday we thought was particularly busy - we noticed the crowds as we were leaving the main stage before RW came on...
I suspect he was a bit of a draw for a lot of people, though they probably expected him to do the singing, rather than just complaining about his life and then pointing the mic at the crowd.
Manics were excellent as were Echo and his bunnymen.

Didn't stay to listen. Not impressed. Echo and the Manics beckoned

Dead or alive, money no object - who would be your dream line-up / headliner?
David Bowie for me Sunday night after Jimi Hendrix
Nirvana Saturday with Delores O'Riordan. Whigfield in the early evening
John Lennon Friday with Gary Moore

I have to say - I enjoyed her set.
Knocked that whingey whiney Williams chap in to a cocked hat.
For 77 - awesome!

Arctic Monkeys?
Bruce Springsteen (if only!)?
Foo Fighters?
Kasabian?

Let the line-up speculation begin!

Thanks. Booked conditionally on line-up!
Does anyone know the daily capacity? Apparently a sell out this year. It did seem very busy...

We had a hoot. Great weather (apart from Sunday afternoon, for a little while), great people, massive bus queues and long walks...
So the question I have is dates for 2024. I want to book the hotel again if I can...
2024 dates anyone?
Thanks

My son is going for the first time this year. He mainly wants to see the Manic street preachers on the sunday. Any advice on the best time to get to the big top and how crowded it will be?
Thanks.
Crowded? Usually very. If he wants a front of stage spot, get there very early. Echo and his bunny men are on before so both have a similar following. use the side entrance at the front. I think the Manics are on as RObbie finishes? It’ll be jammed. Last gig of the festival.

What did I miss?

Conflict....
Sunday - Manics / Echo in the tent. Robbie W - main stage.
Obviously Mrs Galbani wants to see RW but I'm a big MSP / Echo fan...

We’ll, we’re going.
Frustrated with a few things.
Poor Saturday night.
Clashes.

Roger Waters - what are the chances?
Not quite PF but we saw him a few years ago and it really was very good.
Robert Plant?

I’ve heard on good authority that The 1975 are indeed one of the headliners.
Not on my list.... need to see who they clash with!
Arctics - I'd go just for them. Shame. Hate arena gigs.

1st line-up announcement on the 24th Jan. Tickets available 25th.
Well, it says 'Pre-Sale 6pm on the 25th'. Not sure what pre-sale is if it's not tickets going on sale? Anyone?
