I don't see Biffy headlining this again. Which means I don't see them playing until their stock REALLY drops.
-
-
It'd be mentioned if Sam Fender was an exclusive, wouldn't it? Because I'm thinking him and Biffy Clyro are doing Summer Sessions at Bellahouston.
-
I suppose seeing Fatboy Slim will be fun but Idles would he an incredible way to end a night. Loved them closing Calling Out at Kendal in 2019.
-
Any chance of Idles headlining Castle?
-
Oh i like this. I think this is my choice this year.
-
Razorlight and Sugababes would probably be enough to sway me.
-
Reckon that'll be a bandstand. Either the aforementioned Kelvingrove or Queens Park.
-
I cannot stress enough how bad an idea it is to get a ticket from social media from someone you don't know. Check Twickets if you're trying for cheaper. If you go to social media then you're asking to get mugged off.

Tweet seems to have Keane as a headliner. Declan McKenna isn't mentioned.
-
Keane are a much better live act than people would think. Them in a prominent position is a big factor for me.
-
Oh, and I'm guessing the Untold Orchestra is the something different opening main stage.
-
I reckon Pulp will only do mainland Europe and probably Glasto too.
I buy that lineup and it tracks with the last minute headliner thing that they were talking about. A bit unspectacular tbh but plenty there that I like so it's definitely a consideration. If it's real and the Sunday is a goodie, it'll sway me. -
Kendal will definitely have much more depth, so even if there's a lot the same, there'll still be a lot different.
-
Wet Leg can do one.
Would be happy to see The Pigeon Detectives back though. -
Paolo Nutini would be a great headliner. No Scottish dates so a Northern festival could pull a big contingent.
I'm hoping for Duran Duran tbh
-
If Pixies clash with Jamie T, Saturday is good times.
-
I'm hoping for Bloc Party btw
-
Biffy headlining the biggest of the superstruct lot, and doing a THURSDAY?
I still think they'll headline this, and i reckon Orbital will do the Thursday again doing the Green album. Can see Pulp appearing too.
-
Good god what a pairing. Might go.
-
I can see The Libertines doing one of those special guest spots at things like this.
-
I've seen Mallory Knox a couple of times. Purely because they supported a load of bands when they were around.
Didn't mind them but not exactly an eye opening announcement for me.

As is No Regrets, Karma Killer, Feel, Phoenix from the Flame. The man's got some absolute tunes.
You've just been brainwashed though. That's it. There's been no dickhead elitism on show here at all.

Plus, Kendal Calling, despite the smaller capacity always has a MUCH deeper lineup. I honestly think this is the flagship and a Biffy size band, especially in the North, is perfect.
The scale of Kendal always impresses me

I've used Twickets a few times. Excellent place.
One horrible clash in AAR/Goldfinger but it's mostly a good day out. Looking forward to it. Probably leave after The Interrupters and skip YMAS.
