Glastonbury Festival, brought to you by BBC Radio 1.

This guy speaks the truth

£360

It's designed to do that. It should just be part of general taxation and nobody, except for people who form their world-view from the Daily Mail opinion pages, would bat an eyelid.
-
That makes sense in terms of probability.
-
He's probably just flogging something. The bloke loves cash. Maybe a re-release of his skateboard? https://www.nickcave.com/news/nick-cave-x-fast-times-skateboard/

Out of curiosity, how old are you? I'm 41 and feel like I'm too young for them. To each their own, of course.
-
May as well have put it in Comic Sans.
-
Aha Shake Heartbreak was great. Thereafter they embraced the pigeon sh*t - completely different band.
-
The world changes. It's uncomfortable for a lot of people, who get their kicks out of their rear-view mirror.
-
Absolutely laughable to think that EDM garbage like this would be on West Holts.

Do you not understand most things? -
lads, apologies if i'm misunderstanding / out of line, but i like it black and white: general resale - something like 500,000 attempts every second. probably even wayyy more if people are hitting it hard via several means. local somerset ticket sale - probably a few hundred attempts every second what's the technical explanation about the 'patch'? major sale sunday is all hands on deck.
-
RIP Henry Kissinger. Should have been booked to speak after Corbyn.
-
Just curious - who is to say those servers weren't intended for the sale? They were Seetickets servers that processed sales, were they not?
-
This has been mentioned a few times, but again for those at the back of the room: It's not a 'loophole'; and It hasn't been 'patched'.
-
While they're at it, they could rename the Pyramid the MOR Stage or the Radio 1 Stage.
-
Don't worry - I'm a network engineer and it isn't exactly straightforward for me either 😄
-
Well, .88 has been in use for some time. https://myip.ms/browse/sites_history/1/siteID/18806/
-
Sorry, but it isn't 'patched'. It's just that you can see only one IP address resolving behind the URL.
-
I got through three times. Three laptops, all on different public IPs, auto-refreshing @ 1 second on single chrome tabs. Got through three times on the one laptop. It's just pot luck of hitting the back-end at the microsecond where there's a session available -- but it's all about maximising your chances.
-
Maximising chances: an auto refresh extension, an autohotkey script / form filler, and as many devices on different public IP addresses as possible. There's nothing else that can really help you.
-
Blimey, they're ever present aren't they?

'seriously pushing the climate change agenda' 🤦♂️
