Blink and Turnstile - imagine that!!
No London date is very odd indeed. Must be a festival or something else to come yeah.

Good points. The dream is on!!

Damn! Can't see Rancid being added now. How did they slip through the net again.

.. I just don't want Metallica twice.
I don't think many do mate. It's a terrible idea.

Yeah I'll happily take Millencollin but not much else in yesterday's announcement for me.
It's already stacked though, and clashes will be the biggest problem once again.
-
Yeah, I can't see this being an announcement for a single band.
Let's hope we get a bunch.

I honestly am not that bothered with NOFX. I'd 100% rather they get Rancid back again. Rancid could play under The Offspring.
I'm with you on that. Rancid over almost anyone else for me.
Can't see it this year though.

NOFX wouldn't headline. They PID wasn't the main stage when they have played before.
Yeah fair point. I'd be suprised to see NOFX and The Offspring there though.
Hoping NOFX announce a farewell tour and we get a London date.

NOFX announced that their calling it a day in 2023, could they pop up at this festival again?
I'm not too familiar with them or their size, so is there space for them to sub a stage or something, or are they too big? Noticed they topped a stage in 2019
They won't be there next year - If they play, they headline. The Offspring have that slot.
Didn't know about them calling it a day. I had some truly great times watching NOFX. What a run they had.

Ticket booked. Let's go!

Edit: double post

Great first announcement as standard for this festival.
See ya there.

Bring it!
Had a blast this year.

Limp Bizkit have just cancelled (postponed?) their UK tour.

The Offspring have just announced a European arena tour ending on 25th May in France with no UK date, surely a stick on to headline next year?
Surely!!
Would be rad.

I'm going to be there both nights, will let you know what Friday was like.
That would be great if you could! Thanks.

Not holding out much hope for Pearl Jam on Saturday after the comments on here.
Anyone find a good spot outside of the golden circle? Be nice to at least hear the band FFS
-
I highly recommend the mushrooms from the stone circle.

Had to laugh at this thread. Pretty much the entirety of acts i saw over the weekend have been mentioned in some form.
We should probably shut the forum down for a week after Glastonbury until everyone's serotonin levels have been restored. 😆

Tbh if I had kept our GA tickets I would just have enjoyed the bars etc and chosen a spot with a good view of the screens and positioned well relative to speakers, rather than camping out near to the rail to try and get a "good spot".
Cheers Belette, sounds like this is really good advice.

Never been to BST before but I will be there next week for Pearl Jam. Gotta say I hate the sound of this Golden Circle. How close to the stage will I be able to get on a regular ticket? Do I have any hope of seeing the band without watching on a screen?

My group all have it now. I'm the only one who didn't catch it but I'm guessing that's because I caught it at Slamdunk a few weeks ago.
