This. I am happy I was at Elton, but it’s fantastic to hear and see how good Josh and co. were. One of my favourite bands, can’t wait for November!

Last day at work, going home two hours earlier to finish packing. Leaving tomorrow morning at 7 for the tunnel in Calais! Super excited! Without a ticket though, that's a bit annoying.

Luckily enough the clash (kinda) got solved: I already saw Thundercat last year and I will see QotSA later this year, so I'll just be at Elton. 🙂

Really like the new album as well, love how the sound is going back to Era Vulgaris. But I'm still going for Elton. I'm really happy that they have announced a European tour for November, that takes away a lot of my FOMO.

Nope. Last year we had to park our car and buy a parking pass, before getting in the general Ped Gate A line, then get in the line for the International Box Office to pick up our ticket and our PARKING PASS.

Last year it took ages to get to the international box office on Wednesday morning, so I was really hoping to avoid it this time.

Thanks for the info! My ticket 'left the UK' on June 6th, so based on this post it could 'arrive' any (in NL) day now. My friend's got a problem though, according to seetickets his ticket hasn't even been handed to Royal Mail yet, so that could become a major issue.

Tickets are finally leaving the UK! 🙂

Exactly this, Elton and QOTSA are the two acts I want to see the most. Except I’m leaning to Elton 90/10, because I will get a chance to see QOTSA again. Also, they will never, NEVER be as good as in 2011. QOTSA at Glasto 2011 still is one of my all time favourite shows.

Mumford and Sons just got announced as the final headliner for Rock Werchter (instead of Stromae, who sadly cancelled all his shows). Would be surprised if they’re NOT one of the TBA’s

So far I got Mike Skinner, Jem Cooke, Skindred and Ho99o9. Don't want to plan too much on the first two days.

Yeah, we wanna get a good spot and I did see Thundercat last year with the RHCP. But definitely go and see both if you can, he's awesome!

Went to the first two Metallica shows of the new tour. The played great for most of the shows and included some epic songs. Loved hearing Call of Ktulu!
