I had Dioralyte in 2019 and it sorted me right out. Not for a hangover but for heat exhaustion! Woke up feeling like total shit one day but was clearly dehydration as this really did the job.

I did this for the first time last year and was a real treat. I got some of that cooling foot gel and gave them a bit of a massage.

As others have said, just being there is excitement enough for me. It'll be four years since I set foot on the farm so will be a big moment! I'm also really excited about getting the lineup and the endless speculation over clashes. To be more specific, I'm looking forward to that first walk around the site once the tent is up, knowing you have no responsibilities or outside worries for the next five days. I'm looking forward to hopefully watching Pulp with two of my best friends in the world who loved them as much as me back in the day. I'm looking forward to feeling that breeze at sunset when the day finally starts to cool. I'm looking forward to No Bones Jones and the cider bus and the Tiny Tea Tent. I'm looking forward to dancing and stumbling back to my tent with sore feet. All of it really. Bring it on.
