I don’t have any headliners that I’d find unmissable. Hoping for one or two in Avalon or Acoustic, and do one on the Pyramid. Beyond that I fancy a change and be somewhere different. Croissant Neuf, Bimble Inn, Greenpeace, Silver Heyes…

As I’m camped far away, it’s really dependent on the weather as to getting up to The Park a few times. Several acts I’d hope to catch, probably the main one is Lankum (Best album 2023 in the Guardian and elsewhere), but it’ll be a dark and brooding set so not to big a crowd I’d guess.

I probably won't see any for a full set. If I get the chance I'll be at all 3 for a while, ideally I'll get a press photography pass so I wouldn't miss any of them, but it's unlikely to happen. -

Yeah, I thought CMAT was guaranteed! Could Mavis Staples be headlining on the Acoustic? Could James be a 'secret set' on Woodsies?

Quote 'A profound shift not just in demographics but in tone'. Yes, I guess it is, but I think they have to, it's going nowhere if they wheel out all the geriatric rock acts year of year. Where would Reading/Leeds be if they hadn't changed too? I don't reckon there's anywhere else to go but to appeal to a younger audience.
