  1. Nas and Hit Boy drop their 6th and final album in 3 years tonight. On the GOAT’s 50th birthday.
  2. The GOAT. Only had 2 listens of this due to work, different sound to the first Magic but it sounds like Nas is killing it again. He’s nearly 50 ffs. He’s floating on Abracadabra.
  3. Thought it was a good solid set but a little disappointing that ACR or WTSGD didn’t get played due to it being Glastonbury. The tracks from The Car sounded just as good on TV as they did at Sheffield. Nice little mix of the first verse of Star Treatment into the end of I Wanna Be Yours aswell.
  4. There’s a good series on BBC Sounds regarding the debut and their impact. Each podcast is split into 15 minutes so it makes for easy listening.
  5. I’m not their biggest fan but probably would’ve been as a teen, used to work with the lead singers brother aswell. This is brilliant.
  6. Sculptures of Anything Goes, fucking hell.
  7. Can’t get I Ain’t… out of my head.
  8. Some stunning moments on here and I’m really starting to enjoy it. SoAG reminds me of Dance Little Liar. The whole album is like Humbug, EYCTE and TBH&C rolled into one. The Brooklyn gig from a few weeks back is going on YouTube on Monday.
  9. Hearing a lot of good things which is promising. Doesn’t seem as polarising as TBHC.
  10. Holding out till Friday, well trying to.
  11. 3 long weeks to the album now
  12. Got tickets for each night at Hillsborough. Lovely.
  13. Loved the setup when it was quieter, plenty of bars and amazing pricing. However the trek to the toilets from the main stage area was horrific up that hill, plus the dust as has been previously mentioned. The toilets and food bit near the main enterance was also massively over populated due to being where it was. They need to do something to attract people to other food areas to shorten the queues.
  14. It’s a gorgeous mix of TBHC and TLSP. We know the 2nd track is the one their playing live, which is a bit more funkier and fuller. Maybe TBBAM is a definitive end to the previous sound.
  15. Can’t believe how cheap we got the early bird 3 day pass for. I’d have paid what we’ve paid just to see AM. The Friday is stacked with Blossoms, Jessie Ware and Bonobo aswell.
  16. Had the time of my life last night at Leeds. Can’t wait for Kalorama now. There’d Better Be A Mirrorball dropping at midnight.
  17. thank you, run out of plus votes! looking forward to it but the comms/website could be better. Don’t mind walking back into the centre but not ideal given how late it will be.
  18. This is Christmas come early. AM back baby.
  19. apparently it’s not the lead single either (taken from AMUS forums) bloody excited now, can’t wait for Leeds
