I'm veranda leave.... between a new job and working notice.... So have been mooching for the last few weeks. Holiday kicks in on the 21st though

Driver doesn't check tickets etc, just hands out the see tickets envelopes halfway down...

A better description I find is the "donut" Present at many a gig Glastonbury is no exception, often even worse if you are anywhere near the chair people, But yes. The phenomenon exists wherein you just join in behind the person in front, not realising the space or you are at the crusts edge. Its only when you watch the aerial shots back you see the true result.

i'll be soloish this year, as most of my normal crew didn't get tickets, my husband has also tapped out. I am offsite camping as easier with the crew that did get tix, but I am looking forward to having more me time to do things I haven't been up to or able to do before, like efest meets and other bits and bobs!

Got a lovely email from see about my "duplicate reg no issue" pretty much the stock answer of sorry it happened, tickets are not guaranteed until I get a booking number blah blah etc. So I am off to buying cheese and entering competitions!

I'm still waiting for a reply about my duplicate registration no issue... stopped us buying completely. We could load them but not proceed. X2 of the registrations were subsequently used for the secret coach sale, so I'm suitably miffed!

I'm hoping so. I have 2 x to get. The final refund window is the 6th of May. Bar the unannounced coach resale on Sunday, there haven't been a secret sale since 2016. Any one remember the year the coaches went up pretty much every week?!?! That said one year I did manage a booking on the 18th May! Care of @siblin and his page tracker

I'm up for some thing like this now I have tickets the thought of the walk and all day on the feet is something I want to be ready for!

I have looked around twitter and on the social, so asking here to see if anyone faced this issue so that we can avoid for next time. On Sunday, like many others we attempted to purchase x4 GA tickets However, despite getting into the booking flow and entering all the details we were faced repeatedly faced with the following error - see screen shot. We checked, double checked and re loaded/ tried different devices and session, but just couldn't get past that screen, it just wouldn't let us buy. Each of the four reg nos had been used in past sales, with no issues, we didn't have more than one booking flow going at the same time, so we re flummoxed as to what was causing the problem. Even more bizarre was that we managed to use two out of the four reg nos later on in the coach secret sale, to get tickets (50% hit rate) Did anyone face the same thing during the sale??

My first was a Thursday (2009), I think they were easing me in, and my tent was already pitched when I arrived a big factor! After the first time, I decided to do a Wednesday for a few reasons... Wanted a bit more time to explore before the masses arrived on Friday. Took over finding camp and pitching for my crew, so needed to carry my own tent in Avoid the fomo of the people that were there on Weds without me.... Like others have said, if its your first, you won't know the difference, you'll miss a day of bimbling and getting oriented, but then getting lost is half the fun!

.... sorted two of my mates in the secret coach sale. Unbelievable. Started the week, with 8 tickets to get, I got a weds ticket on Thurs, then we just got 2 GAs in todays resale and unbelievable, 2 more from random departures on Thursday for the group. 2 more to get via any means necessary, but feeling hopeful! This Festival is a cruel mistress
