Beabadoobee silently dropped out of Victorious festival and shes labelmates with 1975 i think/ was on original finsbury lineup. Could've dropped out for a 1975 show in august instead so perhaps with boygenius too.

I do reckon Arcade Fire were penciled to headline this pre-allegations. They're doing festivals and would usually have had a UK one surely.

I'm assuming the Bonobo set at Field Day is live? If so very exciting, was great at Royal Albert Hall.

Ignoring the reason behind her being dropped, she was rubbish at primavera and not a loss imo

Alexandra Palace are looking for a bailout to meet rising costs and a 1.1million pound deficit. If Brixton's closed for a lengthy amount of time I can imagine a sponsor sticking their name in front of Ally Pally and it taking on a lot of the larger gigs Brixton won't be able to host. Chase Atlantic, Avril Lavigne, Keshi, Pendulum, Fat Boy Slim and lots more have multiple nights coming up in Brixton.

Who do we reckon will do all-dayers in Finsbury park next summer? Enjoyed Four Tet there this year but wasn't interested in the Peggy Gou summer garden thing which was in its second year

I've seen Fred Again five times now including Friday at Brixton- previously Village Underground, Islington Assembly Hall, APE and Primavera, and Brixton was 100% the worst of the lot. Over reliance on the 3rd album which is the weakest and he previously built the set to a really good final 15 mins but he lost that with the slow paced tracks this time.

I saw bicep in the day at wilderness year before last was good still!

Bombay Bicycle Club have popped up for first time next summer at Mad Cool in July so definitely one to add in the running considering they've done All Points East and South Facing last couple of years. Not many other places for them!

Does that matter as a co-headline though? Where another option is one act alone who has their one audience, if you get me.

Skrillex is about in summer isn't he, maybe field day co-head. Some sort of Fred Again/ Four Tet/ Skrillex day would sell well i think.

What is the best part of Lisbon to stay in for this festival? I have been to NOS a couple times before and stayed around the LX factory but see this is other side of the city?

Best run festival except turning off mobile wristband top ups during the day meaning no queues for drinks as noone could spend money but huge queues to put the cash on! Otherwise all agreed !
